This hotel was so clean and tidy. Great location so close to the metro station. Facilities were great too!

My stay at Ruby Emma was wonderful, despite a small inconvenience upon arrival—my assigned room hadn’t been cleaned yet. However, the hostess at reception was incredibly kind and highly reactive. She immediately reassigned me to a larger room on the 11th floor with the best view in the hotel. On top of that, she offered me two vouchers for free drinks at the hotel bar as a gesture of goodwill. The atmosphere is lively, the rooms are super comfortable with a sleek, modern design, and the location is unbeatable. The train station is just a short walk away, with the city center only 8 minutes away and the airport just 15 minutes by train. A truly great experience!

立地は少し中心からは外れていますが（電車で15分ほど)、駅から徒歩5分ぐらいのため便利だったと思います。 ツインルームで予約していたのですが、チェックイン時にダブルルームに変更していただいてありがたかったです。 部屋は十分な広さがあり、おしゃれで、設備も使いやすかったです。 一つ残念だったことは、隣の部屋とコネクティングルームになっているせいなのか、会話がまる聞こえで少しうるさかったです。

酒店在地鐵旁地理位好，衞生乾淨設施很新。很糟糕的體驗是上午十一點退房，酒店十點半就給你房間斷電，沒有前台休息區，樓下是酒吧晚上很吵。
