I am writing this true and terrible experience on behalf of our 20 members group accommodated in 07 rooms. Regarding bedding, the spring of the mattress was exposed leading to sleepless nights.
The quality of the bath towels were even lower than the floor mat. None of our group of 20 members could touch the towel on their faces. Towels were even having holes in them.
Food quality was just so so...
TV are non operational in rooms.
No bathroom kits were provided.
The property is nowhere close to their star rating as well as reviews .
From my side it is a terrible property and please don't spoil your vacation by selecting this property.

This hotel is very good for staying in Amritsar because of good staff and location. Food is also good when you book with room..we are staying here for 3 days. And also budget friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I’ll definitely consider staying here again next time!
