it was not good experience since there was issue with hot water and it was not coming properly in bathroom and also some other things was not proper

The hotel is worst ,the rooms are not cleaned the lights are not working the keys are not there for certain rooms , all rooms are stinking ,no proper maintenance of rooms,bedsheets are torned hotel staff is minimal,I cannot recommend this hotel to you people come here only one out of all rooms are okay that also you will get if you are lucky enough

Unclean hotel, no pest control and greedy staff Cockroaches all sizes everywhere in the room. Greedy staff asked for thrice as much for trip to airport than Ola for their own taxi, mentioning Ola and Uber unreliable!!! And lastly, after of couple weeks of checkout, some arrogant staff called me for payment, which I had paid while checking in.

It was good experience in hotel. Cozy room, comfortable mattress, moreover it was near to the bus stand just few minutes of walking. Most amazing thing is it was under my budget for just 1600rs per night. Overall, the hotel puri palace is good for families, couples under budget.

I saw all the good reviews and nice pictures of this hotel which was suspicious. They all seem to come from members with only 1 or 2 other posts. And I had stayed here before, the experience was a nightmare. The hotel was booked for me through an tour. It was so bad, we stayed only one night and ran out the next morning. We did not even bother with a refund, we just wanted out. The bed was so dirty I didn’t even dare to move, the toilet almost made me vomit. I’m not even going to waste my time by typing more details, it’s just hell on earth. Tripadvisor, please investigate all the posts here.

I had really amazing experience in hotel.puri Palace Hotel was really good. Stop has really help and friendly and special. Thanks to owner. He was quite cooperative with us and everything was perfect.

Good location and the staff behaviour is good

Are average, we order water in morning that took 45/50 minutes for the order because packed water is not availed

Too expensive according to the room and the area. 1000 is enough for this hotel

Unsafe rooms, because the dressing glass is used as door to go and come from shaft. Any one can excess your rooms without any door key. Also seapage on walls, no proper working of ac and no cleanliness. No any availability of tooth brush, toothpaste. Even next day morning i demand for water bottle for rooms that also will be charged.

Evening was nice
