Recently visited, I had a very pleasant stay well maintained property in every aspect room service is great dining area is very spacious and ambient linked the food very much highly recommend to stay with family and friends, overall stay was very comfortable looking forward to stay again

No cleanliness there were mosquitoes,, overall it was gross

From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. The front desk staff was professional, courteous, and very accommodating, making me feel welcome right away. Rooms & cleanliness the room i stayed in was spacious, well-lit, and immaculately clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with soft pillows and fresh, high-quality linens, ensuring a restful sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout my stay. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with fresh towels and quality toiletries, which added a touch of luxury. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring my room remained tidy and well-stocked every day. Amenities & facilities surestay plus hotel offers a wide range of amenities that enhance the overall experience. The wi-fi connection was strong and reliable, making it easy for me to work and stream content without any interruptions. Dining experience the complimentary breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Staff & customer service the hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Constructive feedback the only minor suggestion i have is to improve the soundproofing in the rooms, as i occasionally heard noise from the hallway. However, this was a small inconvenience that did not significantly affect my stay. Final thoughts overall, surestay plus hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and great amenities made for a truly enjoyable stay. The Temperature control is centralized and only one temp runs through all the rooms it was quite uncomfortable as we could not have the control. There was no ventilation. So it was a poor stay.

We've stayed before at this property and were very impressed by the hospitality and everything but this time we were quite disappointed! The AC in the rooms were not working, when requested to change the room, the receptionist denied our request. Two people came in to check the ac unit but couldn't figure out the issue. I request you to fully check the rooms before alloting them to the guests!
