Arab Tower Hotel arvostelua

This hotel is awful in one of the worst countries to visit , i have chosen the prepaid option to stay there for couple days even though i have been denied to enter that country with no single justification from their awful immigration officers, the hotel completely ignored my request for a refund even they ignored booking request to them for proceeding a refund i have contacted and called them several times about the issue but they remained ignoring the request , so i lost my money staying there. I personally don't recommend anyone to stay there and if he is thinking about that please never ever pay in advance to any hotel in that country.

This Hotel is a fine hotel for this price, staff is very helpful, cordial & nice to the guests, food is awesome. I will definitely go back & stay here. Job well done Arab Hotel People and I ma very Happy with your service/hotel

Very good hotel in the heart of downtown Amman. Close to shops, restaurants and major attractions. Staff is very caring and special thanks go to Bassam who was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel as it is affordable with very good service and quality.

Muy buen hotel , muy bien ubicado en el sitio de Amman , el servicio excelente , el señor de recepción muy buena gente y también Bassam que nos ayudó mucho y nos ha recibido muy bien . Todo perfecto estoy muy contento con el servicio del hotel. Si volviera a ir a Jordania no dudaría en hospedarme nuevamente en este hotel

Hotel muy práctico. Básicamente lo usamos únicamente para dormir y cumplió su función de sobras. El desayuno está bien para empezar el día, y la ubicación del hotel es excelente. La atención en recepción fue muy buena e incluso nos acompañaron a un pequeño parking para poder aparcar nuestro coche de alquiler a un mejor precio que en otros parkings de pago de alrededor.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Lage in Downtown. Bazar und römisches Theater in absoluter Nähe. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Restaurant befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich.

Hôtel hyper bien placé dans downtown à 100 mètres du théâtre romain et 200 mètres des souks. Parking sécurisé à proximité pour 6 JODS par jour. Chambre triple spacieuse avec frigo. Seul inconvénient les sanitaires un peu vieillots. Petit-déjeuner varié sur la terrasse en roof top très bien, avec oeufs en omelette ou fris, pancakes à la demande. Personnel très serviable. Bouteilles d'eau offertes et renouvelées tous les jours. Très très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Amman à prix doux.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre ville (downtown). Parking gardienné sur demande à un tarif modique. Accueil adorable et personnels de bons conseils. Chambre très agréable. Plein de cafés et restaurants à proximité immédiate. Je recomande vivement.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, giving good advice about travelling in Jordan, and made tasty pancakes for breakfast. The rooms were simple but decent, with all necessary amenities. The location was good to explore Amman.

Extremely central, few steps away from the amphitheatre. Staff extremely friendly and polite Rooms clean and large, with kettle and fridge Very nice terrace with beautiful view Parking available with a very cheap rate 5 Jod the whole night! Recommended
