The hotel was shity doesn't deserve 2 starts it was more like a hostel, the water was cold , the room damaged, the breakfast just ok , in general i don't recommend it. The service was also bad. When i tried to modify my reservation, they refused to accept and refund me

Popular hotel, not new and not renovated for years, located in the heart of Amman and opposite the Roman amphitheater, breakfast is acceptable, service is good for the price

Das Beste am Hotel ist die gute Lage - man blickt direkt auf das römische Theater. Das Personal ist super nett, hilfsbereit und flexibel - uns wurden arabische Süßigkeiten serviert, und an unserem Abflugtag bekamen wir sogar um sechs Uhr morgens Frühstück (bzw. wählten wir dann Obstsalat zum Mitnehmen auf unserem Weg zum Flughafen). Die Zimmer sind okay, aber aufgrund der zentralen Lage kann es tagsüber recht laut werden. Nachts war bei uns der Verkehr aber ruhiger und wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Badezimmer müsste allerdings mal wieder renoviert werden, da ist einiges recht klapprig. Trotzdem alles in allem solide und befriedigend.

The view of the roman theater from the room was truly amazing but the rooms were in poor condition an in huge need of fixing up. It was nice to have breakfast included and the room price was great.

Desde que llegamos a la recepción nos encontramos con diez bolsas de basura que ni siquiera podíamos abrir la puerta del elevador, nadie nos recibió ni nos ayudó a sacar las maletas el edificio sucio los pasillos horribles y en los dos días ni siquiera nos entraron a poner papel. Con todo esto ni que decir del desayuno no nos arriesgamos.

No podía estar mejor Tiene excelente ubicación para visitar los lugares turísticos, las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero compensar con el buen servicio y en especial la atención de Juma quien nos ayudó con indicaciones que fueron muy útiles,hizo un check inn early y hasta nos empacó el desayuno para llevar, totalmente recomendado

Pretty good - give it a go! There are some really bad reviews of this property - and it's easy to see why. So, so many things required maintenance or fixing that are just left as they are. In our room alone there was a broken shower head, broken shower support thing, broken lock, and a couple other smaller things. But the positives outweigh the negatives. Great breakfast, great location, and super friendly service all made up for the few inconveniences in the room. Plus the view was spectacular!

Friendly staff, wonderful view I had a room with a wonderful view of the Roman Amphitheater. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Este hotel tiene unas vistas perfectas al teatro. Para mí la ubicación es excelente! El hotel está viejo, no esperes habitaciones de lujo pero si vistas perfectas! El destino un poco pobre pero Joma, el chico de recepción fue un 10! Super amable y de mucha ayuda!!
