Property location is prime and near by Abdali district in addition to downtown. Parking lots available and all staff are ready to assist you. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they did their best to assist us and arrange our stay. Hotel under renovation, some floors still under process however, we never felt that. Everything was perfect

Très joli hôtel avec un emplacement idéal pour visiter Amman,a quelques pas du grand mall de Amman. Des chambres spacieuses et un service impeccable pour un voyage d'affaire. L'accueil de personnel était un peu fad comme ils maîtrisent pas la longue française,on a eu des difficultés pour communiquer avec eux. Il faut faire très attention des arnaqueurs qui se trouve a l'extérieur qui vont vous inviter pour prendre un verre.

We organized TAMAM’s 12th Gathering at Kempinski Hotel in Amman, Jordan, from February 9-11th, 2024. During our six-day stay, all the staff displayed exceptional hospitality and support, ensuring a smooth event implementation and comfortable stay for us and our attendees. Room and venue reservations were seamless, with responsive staff accommodating our needs. All Venues were spacious enough to accommodate our event activities, and were kept clean and fresh all through the event. Our rooms matched descriptions provided and the housekeeping staff maintained the cleanliness of the room and promptly replenishing amenities and supplies in the rooms. The operations team efficiently set up venues and provided necessary equipment, and remained readily available throughout the event to quickly address any emerging needs. The hotel provided efficient IT support and a reliable internet connectivity (both Wi-Fi and Ethernet) in all venues, enabling seamless livestreaming and hybrid Zoom sessions. The banqueting facilities ambiance were elegant and comfortable. The breakfast and lunch buffets offered a wide variety of delicious food that was beautifully presented, and the seated lunch and dinner menus were equally impressive. We highly recommend Kempinski Hotel for its luxurious experience and we’re looking forward to returning in the future for another event.

Apres un road trip d'une semaine en jordanie nous avons décidé de passer notre dernière nuit dans le meilleur hotel en Jordanie, le Kempinski . C'était tres relaxant et parfait pour terminer les vacances. Le staff etait tres attentionné et a l'écoute, spécial remerciement à Wassim, murad et Samer pour leurs hospitalité et bon accueil.

L’hotel è ben tenuto e pulito! Le camere sono spaziose. nel bar in piscina era presente un gruppo di persone ubriache che creavano disagio alle altre persone che volevano relax. Nessuno del personale si è speso per calmare queste persone! Forse introdurre delle regole di buon comportamento nel bar in piscina sarebbe sufficiente. Inoltre io e mia moglie abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti per avere due asciugamani per distenderci nei lettino bordo piscina! Dato il prezzo pagato immaginavo un servizio più preciso.

5/5 From the moment I stepped out of the taxi I had the best treatment from all the staff. They really do go out of their way to make you feel special. I must mention by name Bayan Hammad and Hussam aljabari who both looked after me so well. I enjoyed my time here so much I didn’t want to leave. Thank you

Buen lugar para alojarse. La comida muy buena, un desayuno buffet muy surtido y de calidad. La habitación amplia y confortable, aunque las vistas no son muy bonitas. Los precios de las bebidas alcoholicas son caros, una copa de vino del país y una cerveza 20 €. Mucha seguridad.

اتوجه بالشكر الى ادارة الفندق على حسن الاستقبال و التنظيم العالي ، الطعام مميز جدا في خدمة الغرف ، تنظيف الغرفة عالي المستوى ، رعاية النزلاء على مستوى مميز من اللطف و الاستجابة السريعة ، الانترنت جيد جدا ، لكن لدي ملاحظة في خدمة Spa و ضرورة اعادة النظر بها لاسيما ان النزيل بحاجة الى الاسترخاء و العناية بنفسه فأرجو ان تتحسن هذه الخدمة مستقبلا. شكري الجزيل و من القلب الى كادر الكونسيرج على استجاباتهم السريعة لطلباتي المتعددة و أخص بالذكر الاستاذ محمد و الاستاذ عمر . شكري الجزيل و امتناني الكبير الى الاستاذ علي ابو تالا ، أستاذ أمجد و أستاذ عمار و الموظف محمد و أستاذ مجدي و أستاذ سامر و مسؤول الاستقبال الاستاذ يزيد ، الاستاذ محمد ابو جحيشه ، الموظف أحمد الخطيب ، و كل الكادر المعني برعاية النزلاء على حسن ضيافتهم . مع تقديري و شكري اولا و اخيرا للسيد ساندروا مازا على حسن ادارته. على أمل ان القاهم قريبا و في المرة المقبلة.

O chão do quarto estava sujo, empestava a tabaco. Apesar das queixas não tivemos qualquer resposta ao nosso problema com a excepção de que poderia vir alguém por um ambientador…. A chaleira não funcionava…. No segundo dia conseguiram substituir todos os produtos de higiene por condicionados, foram precisos quatro telefonemas para resolver o problema. Sabendo que tínhamos um voo cedo no dia seguinte ficamos no primeiro andar onde se ouvia muito bem a festa de um casamento. A não repetir e a evitar.
