酒店管理嚴謹規範，服務友好耐心周到。特別是旅行諮詢能從客人需要出發作出最佳安排。旅行服務質量優良費用合理，為客人節省了支出。早餐符合當地實際情況，素食為主衞生。

酒店提供接機及景點接送服務，離市中心和主要景點大概兩三公里，酒店較小，但是房間很大，設施較為齊全，服務很不錯

I was greeted at the hotel by friendly staff who checked me in very quickly. The room was very clean with a good shower and comfortable clean bed. Breakfast was a buffet style with eggs to order and a good variety. I used the Spa for massage and shave which were great. The hotel is close to the main attractions and I would highly recommend it.

整個約旦之行住的最差的酒店。酒店在山上，去哪裡都得走很遠，旁邊還沒有什麼吃喝玩樂的東西。更糟糕的是，酒店的衞生實在堪憂，床單和被罩都已經完全起球了，刮在身上沙沙的。而且酒店的隔音極為糟糕，旁邊放個屁都能聽到。別的客房關門的聲音大到影響睡眠。這麼糟糕的酒店，超過200塊錢人民幣不如睡街上！ 設施：不如國內100塊錢的酒店。 衞生：簡直是太糟糕了，被子單都已經起球了。 環境：周邊環境什麼都沒有，還在半山腰，去哪裡都不方便。我當時也不知道抽了什麼風，住在這麼不方便的地方。 服務：服務還可以，但是都在期盼你給的小費。

挺好的，前台挺不錯，一直續住。衞生乾淨，房間清香，隔壁就是清真寺，有個大陽台，採光也跟足，樓下停車也方便。推薦

迎賓停車飲料服務，在街邊很好找，不吵鬧。窗外陽台能看到清真寺，風景很好，非常熱情的國家和城市，老城區住起來還是舒服。早餐味道還可以，住客不多體驗感好。離城堡山和羅馬劇場都不遠，自駕很合適。

安靜，商務出差比較合適；旅遊不太建議，附近餐廳出行不是很方便；

Great location, right at the heart of the city of Amman. Peaceful locality and friendly staff. The breakfast spread is good. However, couple of areas to focus - the balcony doors (at least in the room we were) didnt close properly and left the room cold. Second, was a challenge to get hot water in the shower (both the flow and the temperature) and lastly the toiletries need to be better. Other than that great place to stay in Amman.

Hôtel très agréable et bien situé. J'ai passé deux semaines là bas. Le personnel était charmant, accueillant et très serviable. L'emplacement est top, à 10 m de Downtown et de sa vie animee et à 5 mn en voiture de la citadelle et de l'amphithéâtre. Bachar a été très efficace et attentionné pour préparer la chambre et faire en sorte que vous vous sentiez bien. La piscine de l'hôtel se situe dans un patio dans lequel des canapés sont installés. Vous pouvez aller boire un verre ou un thé au bord de celle ci.

Nice small hotel the staff at the reception very kind helpful the dining room good food but one person to service to do omelette not enough the doorman very helpful & always smile &the spa good special Husam he’s doing good job The hotel is clean except the balcony in the rooms I will come back to this hotel next time &the price is logical
