Everything about this hotel is top-rate. Five stars across the board. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were huge for a hotel in this class. The pool was still clear and clean even at 10 PM on a Saturday. Breakfast was good, the normal fare, and the staff kept it well stocked. The room and all common areas were clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Booked at the last minute because we were in the area. Pleasantly surprised. New hotel that was very clean. Front desk staff was nice. We were in a handicap room and the only recommendation is that they need to put aFan in the bathroom. Breakfast was good with the standard amount of options. We really liked the pancake machine.

The staff is friendly and our room was clean. However, at $330 a night, this hotel is grossly overpriced. It is your typical budget hotel, in a popular area so the rates are inflated. The king room was small with an odd layout. Thankfully, we were on the 3rd floor so we weren't kept awake by heavy footsteps above. But you hear doors opening and shutting. Loud talkers/crying kids in neighboring rooms. I wore my sandals in the room because the carpet felt grimey. We did not check out the pool and missed breakfast. Ludington is a beautiful town, but the lodging options are seriously lacking if this is supposed to be the best hotel in the area!

Very good hotel! Clean, comfy beds and pillows {firm and soft} Breakfast was good cookies at night. The pool and hot tub looked nice. Very courteous. Would go back again. only thing toilrts were loud but were quick! Hot showers plenty of towels.

We stayed for two nights as we explored the area. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable … although a soft-close toilet seat would have been nice! Parking was ample, especially for large vehicles. There is a pet area fenced in for dogs, although other guests don’t always clean up as they should. Breakfast was ample, including the great cinnamon rolls. The chocolate chip cookies from 8-9pm were a nice touch. Kudos to the front desk team, especially as they worked a busy summer weekend at full capacity.

We had a great stay! One of our best recent hotel experiences. Very clean, beds were comfortable, and rooms were quiet. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Nice selection of hot and cold items (kept at proper temps) and the attendants did a great job of keeping everything full and clean throughout. Kids loved the pancake machine. Short drive to beach and downtown. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We always stay at the Holiday Inn Express when we visit Ludington. We stayed here again the past two days. The hotel is clean, and the cleaning staff do a phenomenal job. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. BONUS—-They also serve chocolate chip cookies every night at 8:00. These cookies are yummy!! We will be making a return trip this fall.

No internet in the room, manager gave me an 1-800 number to call could not fix. this is the second time I went to this Holiday inn, in 2 months no internet either time would not reimburse or any compensation for my inconvenience rude they say they are working on it but no results

Great hotel! Just a few min drive from downtown Ludington. Clean lobby, clean, rooms and great service. The rooms are updated and smell nice. Front desk staff is great. Really happy with our stay!
