I took my 15 year old daughter with me as i'm a single mother and cancer patient. He charged me 1000 rupees extra. In-spite of all my requests i had to pay him 700 cash. He was very rude and harsh.

All the time he kept on saying why did you come through mm t you should have done direct booking then i would have given you discount. He was very rude and harsh. I told him we are new to the place and met is a trusted platform for us.

I recently stayed at hotel sobti plaza in ambala and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the owner went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay by upgrading me to their best and premium room at no extra charge. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. As a biker, i greatly appreciated the indoor parking space for my bike, which added an extra layer of convenience and security. One minor drawback is the hotel's location in the middle of the city, which might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter environment away from noise and crowds. Despite this, the overall experience was excellent, and i highly recommend hotel sobti plaza for its outstanding service and amenities.

We had a very good stay and the rooms were also very clean and big and after requesting our room was also upgraded.

It was a transit stay and we wanted a prime location. Location was best as per our needs. The staff is extremely cold. Everything is at a very slow pace. Assistance with our bag was absolutely delayed at check in and even during checkout. Even thought the hotel was empty and they had no other guests to cater to. Water is not complimentary and at checkout we were told the same, not when they gave us. Which was also quite delayed. We took room without breakfast - nearby market has absolutely amazing food options.

If you are visiting this hotel you will face lots of problem. Like if you added breakfast at the time of booking. They will charge you huge at the time of checkout for breakfast so theres no reason to add breakfast and pay for the same for no reason they are going to charge you again. And for explanation they will say you have asked for extra pratha extra dahi n all. N eve experienced such issue in any hotel previously

Hotel inside interior is below average. Hotel don't provide complimentary tea cattle in room and tea is also not available from kitchen during early time by 7 am. Lock is also not proper and kitchen service is also not satisfactory.

Amazing hospitality, good food, rooms were clean with all basic amenities available inside the room
