Living room has 55" smart TV and each bedroom has a 40" smart TV. 30 night minimum, contact us before booking 13 week stays for pricing and options. All reservation alterations to shorten a stay require a 30 day notice. If less than 30 days notice is given, payment for 30 days from the notice date is required even if some dates are unused. Any nights we are able to book to another guest will be refunded.
