Easy check in and out , friendly staff . Raymond helped ensure that we were as comfortable and catered for as possible.If ever I come back to Singapore , Amara will be my first choice .

6Fの部屋に宿泊したが、ジムやプールに近いため、少々うるさい。ジムやプールを利用する客には良いのかもしれないが。 また、エレベーターを降りてから部屋までに階段があり、思い荷物を持っていたたため、大変だった。

安國酒店位置很好，最好是側面就是商場，有不少餐廳。每逢下午下雨是最好躲雨的商場，對面也有超級市場、麵包舖及餐廳。 不滿意的地方就是寫了已裝修，但房間仍有不少污漬，房務部真的要認真處理。另外，我登記入房後，竟然安排我在健身房隔離，要行樓梯的，房間原來沒有浴缸，之後問前堂服務員Bryan Lim，他回應King size bedroom 是沒有浴缸，如果要房間升級，他叫我聯絡旅行社(即Trip.com) 補錢升級，非常奇怪，怎能做到？這樣就打發我離開，非常不專業。禮賓部 再者，我預訂前 我已住過三次，服務及房間漸差，以後再來新加坡，不會再選擇這間吧！附近也有幾間好選擇。

I’m so happy with my stay at Amara Singapore! The location is amazing—there are many restaurants, cafes, a market, and even a 24-hour mart nearby, which made everything super convenient. I really enjoyed exploring the area. The room was excellent—comfortable, clean, and well-designed. Everything felt just right. However, I noticed there were no complimentary amenities like a comb, which was a bit unexpected. Also, the receptionist didn’t explain anything about the breakfast, so I was left a bit confused. And I was disappointed with the breakfast. The selection was limited. The staff were okay—not particularly friendly or attentive, but not rude either. Overall, aside from a few small things, I had a great experience and would consider staying again mainly because of the great location and lovely room.

Had a business meeting with few local partners at the club house. Overall is satisfied. Hotel location, facilities were excellent. Also the Bar at downstair worth to try out, nice music and environment. Will definitely come again.

Great hotel with a greater location! Posh hotel with cheap and authentic local food nearby, what can be better? A supermarket nearby to stock up all the necessity!

這家酒店算是續住一週，設施，衞生環境不再做評價 服務是這家酒店最拉垮，還是前台 Azri 對住客提問全是糊弄，我特意問他衹有這間房，是靠路邊還裏面，兩個問題都給我瞎回答，怎麼英語跟你溝通你也能聽不懂？我提問至少兩次，耳朵不好使也能聽明白了。 還是你玩國籍歧視？ 服務差評 ：同樣給到攜程客服，處理速度慢，轉述解決方案虛報，我跟預訂部溝通得到答覆，客服卻口徑不一，影響度假體驗

Most things were alright but there was a couple of minor flaws. In my room there was only hand wash in the shower room and when washing hands i either had to use the shower or when using the sink I had to go into the shower room to reach the hand wash bottle. Maybe a couple more I can’t recall on top of my head right now but the hotel will certainly do the job! Besides, the bar was really nice!
