We had a comfortable stay, however the hotel did not provide mineral water and kettle. Restaurant is not functional, room service is provided. Food is very average.

Room floor and bathroom was not clean, the towel was yellowish, not well washed, contact numbers not displayed in the room. Poor phone response from restaurant, iron box not provided, informed that only 2 iron box for all the rooms. Overall bad experience, will never recommend for others.

I left the hotel in 1 hour. It was in pathetic condion with coackroaches, mould and smell of pesticides

Basic amenities were not provided. Staff were complacent. Rooms were not clean and ac not functioning.

Very good customer service by reception team and waiter jince. For rooms i can give 3star only. Bedsheets are not clean and the disadvantage is i found that the cleaner is entering to my room without my permission and told that he opened for cleaning my room. It's not acceptable. Housekeeping person can clean the room if i am available in that room. I saw this matter when i was entering to room after my work.

Not a good favorable place for couples, not clean, always cockroaches are there in rooms and bad smell as well

Clean room, quick room service, didn't face any issues. Ideal for business travel. Aluva metro is about 10 mins walk.
