Beautiful and clean property. Service is a bit slow but overall experience was great!

Property is big and very friendly for children. We booked a family room also known as green room. The flora and fauna around the room gives you a good feel. Quite e co friendly. Service was good, the staff was quite friendly and attentive. They informed us whenever the meal was ready and kept a check whether we needed something. One issue was there are no intercom in room and only jio sim works so that was a downside as we only had airtel and Vodafone sim. Tried getting a local sim but you need a local identity card. They offered to provide hotspot but after a day it was more relaxing without using your phones. There is a dj every evening in the garden with a option of snacks. Food was very good and a highlight for the stay. Roads connecting the camp are in very bad condition so prefer an suv if you are coming as its more easy to drive in those conditions. Sariska gate no. 2 is near the hotel around 10-15 km and bhangarh is abut 30-40 km. The initial 4-5 km road is really bad. We had planned for bhangarh for morning and sariska for evening which didn't happen as roads were bad. Had to cancel bhangarh. I had booked canter for gate no. 1 so it was a long stretch from gate no. 2( near the camp) but it was very exciting to drive through that stretch ( the best part. The gates between gate no. 2 and 1 are opened on Saturdays due to hanuman mandir which was lucky for us but its opened till 3 pm and after that we had to take a long route from sariska to camp (approx 2 hrs) and the road condition again was bad. Overall a nice experience, got to see a tiger in sariska which was the highlight of the trip.

We checked the property pictures before booking it looked decent. When we reached they didn’t know about the booking, showed us the room, it was fine. Elsewhere the property was not maintained. The gardens, walkway, no proper light, it was raining in between so option get an umbrella from them to walk from the room to the common area / restaurant. The network was bad there and they didn’t have wi-fi to provide which is basic anywhere you go. when we entered the pool they didn’t even started the filter in the pool, neither cleaned it nor there were any lights on in the pool in the late evening (after sunset. The service and the food was pathetic, like we were contemplating that should we leave this property at 11pm at the night and look for another resort. There was one guy kaani singh who was running around for us and one more guy but they were also kind of helpless. It was more of a farm stay without proper staff then a hotel / resort. We went out for a drive at night post dinner and told the staff that we will be coming back so keep the main gate unlocked, they said we can call them they will open. We called 15 mins before reaching so that they can reach the main gate on time or can be prepared they mentioned that call us when you are here. When we did the person said i have gone out will take half an hour to reach, they didn’t have sensibility that he can pass on this thing to someone else before going, eventually the guy came and they opened the gate for us. This stay made our trip pathetic.

The location was good, view was great too. Food was awful, in quality, in variety, overall their f&b services were really really bad.

We had a pleasant stay, resort was good with full greenery around. We had booked only room without food as we reached hotel in evening 7pm. Food was billed extra by the hotel which was priced at a higher side. If we had booked with food package from mmt it would have been cheaper for us.
