HELLO HELLO STERLING MEMBERS ….. I am going to share the most Harrowing Experience of last week Sariska trips. We are An Executive Gold Member for 99 years since the last 29 years & during our Family Trip from 26th to 28th April 2025 at STERLING REWILD SARISKA . As a Member we entitled to get 6 people stay means 3 Double Sharing Rooms . But at the time of booking the Sterling Customer Care…ONLY OFFERED us ONE DOUBLE SHARING ROOM ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT AT MEMBERSHIP PRICE DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS ON THAT SPECIFIC DATES .SO ON A HIGHER PRICE(All most 9 times higher price) WE HAD TO BOOK 2 MORE DOUBLE & 3 TRIPLE SHARING ROOMS. Now the shock had yet to come. On reaching the property we found out of 32 Rooms & Tents moreover 40% were not occupied. Our check out date was 28th April 2025 but still they did not allocate 2 more Double Sharing Room which we are entitled to get so that we could have saved some money. We want a Proper Clarification from STERLING GROUP. IT IS VERY UPSETTING & NEVER EXPECTED FROM STERLING GROUP . BY FALSE STATEMENT THEY ARE SELLING ROOMS TO ITS MEMBER ON A HIGHER PRICE !!! BY SPENDING A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY WHAT’S THE BENEFIT OF BEING A MEMBER & RENEWING IT EVERY YEAR ??? WITH A LESS PRICE WE FOUND MANY MORE EVEN BETTER THAN STERLING STANDARD PROPERTY OVER THERE NAMELY SPREE RESORTS/ TIGER DEN / TREES & TIGERS etc . AGAIN REQUESTING ALL THE STERLING MEMBERS BEFORE BOOKING CHECK ALL THE REAL ASPECT .

The nature You live with and are surrounded with in here is superb. Recommended for family. Thankyou to all the lovely staff. The early morning with the view of sunrise and the evening sunsets are some of the charms of this property. Cheers to mukta prasad and other staff too for the lovely hospitality.

Great experience...excellent hospitality...very good food...perfect location...Keep it up We came with family visiting us from Australia and they are carrying very good meemories. Need to come back again . Manoj and Sharma ji are perfect staff
