"The location of this hotel is great, right on the Alvor beach. The staff are welcoming and efficient. And the cleaners come regularly. However the accommodation is dated and basic. The bath needed updating and the doors were not soundproofed. We were disappointed to find the advertised indoor pool was closed permanently. Also there is a surcharge for the safe, which we only found out on arrival."

"The service staff, especially in the restaurant, were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. A bit more cleanliness in the room would be desirable. The room booking via Trip.com was confusing regarding the actual room type, and we had to pay a hefty upgrade (100€/day) to get a similar one! The hotel was somewhat accommodating with the add-on of the AI-Premium package."

"The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the safe did not work which we reported. It would have been nice if tea, coffee was available in the room . Breakfast was very mediocre , Plates and cutlery had to be asked for, the warmers that should have kept food warm did not. The lid of one collapsed resulting in crockery being smashed on the floor-apparently for the 3rd time in several days. Not what  I would have expected of a 4 star hotel."

"Kaunis hotelli. Mukava huoneet ja loistava sijainti tutkia Algarve. Todella mukava sisäuima-allas kun sää ei ole hyvä. Kaunis ulkouima-allas mutta ei ole tarpeeksi lämmin käyttää, joten en voi kommentoida lisää Ruoka oli mukavaa mutta hieman tylsää. Animointiryhmä on hämmästyttävä! He tekevät loma mitä se on - ilman heitä se ei olisi mitään. Theresa on niin hauska ja on elämän juhla. Hän on hyvä murtaa jään. Hän aina tekee ihmiset tuntevat tervetulleiksi ja hän on hyvä puhua. Jonathan ja Miguel ovat suuri kaksinkertainen teko ja ovat hauskaa peleissä jne."

"Located about 30 minutes’ drive from Benagil Cave, this hotel is in a quieter and more relaxing area. There is a private car park, although it will soon require a fee, and there are also plenty of free parking spaces nearby. Towel rental is available as well. However, the pillows were too soft for my preference. I requested a foam pillow, but was given the same type of pillow instead."
