Excelente e completo de serviço, mesmo numa época baixa em que se poderia supor uma diminuição na qualidade e disponibilidade de serviços. Antes pelo contrário!! Amabilidade e disponibilidade total, assim como o funcionamento das instalações. Uma experiência a repetir, talvez numa outra época do ano.

My husband and I visited early Feb and knew we were taking a gamble with the weather being out of season.. We had sunshine and one day of rain so got lucky. We chose the hotel due to the beachfront location, it’s beautiful. The beach is literally on the doorstep with a boardwalk you can walk down to Alvor fishing village. The beaches are truly stunning. Alvor fishing village is very cute with traditional restaurants serving fish and other local dishes and prices are very reasonable. We would go back to the hotel. The staff could not be more helpful, Wanda and Jessica on reception was extremely helpful and friendly but the whole team could not do more for us! Luis in the restaurant was also very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we upgraded to a sea view for around €60 euros for a few nights which was so worth it. The views and hearing the ocean was perfect. Breakfast was good. Fresh and good selections and we went out for lunch and dinner. The day it rained we used the hotel spa facilities and they don’t charge you for the pool and sauna etc which a lot of Europe’s hotels do these days so this was very good. We had the most relaxing and wonderful trio and the hotel really is a gem if you want a beach location for stunning views and the ability to walk into town or book some trips. We will back.. thanks to all for a great trip with wonderful hospitality.

Great service from olena and Taha amazing amazing amazing amazing place, we enjoy our stay deeply. The view is fantastic and drinks just marvelous . The bar staff is just the top of the world and provide great service. Gggggggggggggffffffffffcccccc

The hotel was clean and tidy, room was lovely and had a cracking sea view. Breakfast was the best I've had, the specially made to order omelette set it apart from other breakfasts. Well situated next to a beautiful beach but in walking distance to the beautiful Alvor with many places to eat out.

This was a first for us travelling to Portugal as we usually stick to what we know and love in the Greek islands or Spain. So glad we decided to have a change and felt blessed we chose this hotel as its location is perfect!! At the bottom of the hotel grounds is a gate directly on to a boardwalk turn right and a 10/15 minute scenic walk with a sea view takes you all the way to the pretty fishing village of Alvor with very nice harbour side bars/restaurants where you can sit back and watch the world go by whilst sampling the local refreshments/cuisine whatever time of day it is! Turn left out of the gates is another pleasant walk. Our favourite direction was to walk straight ahead out of the hotel grounds directly onto the sand where you can walk for miles along one of the most nicest beaches we have walked along. It’s escapism at its best especially during the quieter months to have breakfast then spend a whole morning walking in the winter sun along this stunning beach! The hotel itself is blessed with an amazing team of staff who are very polite and professional and who work hard to look after all guests ( even when some guests as I witnessed on more than one occasion show no regard/courtesy for the staff or other guests) the staff are a credit to the hotel group. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and towels/bedding changed if and when needed. Lots of areas to sit in sun or shade inside or in the well tended grounds. The bar staff provided drinks and a light menu from mid morning to evening in a nice relaxed seating environment. Something for everyone! The main restaurant is light and bright with good seating looking outside to the grounds and the beach. We tried the evening menu on a couple of occasions but think there is much room for improvement here and went into the village the other nights. BUT the breakfast buffet is really good with plenty of choice, hot food, meats/cheeses, fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurt, breads, local preserves & delicious honey! Thoughtful presentation made it look very appetising it definitely set you up for the day!! A special mention to the breakfast team who are very efficient and very polite and friendly ‘Thank you’ for making a positive start to each day of our stay!! 😊 We have definitely found a new holiday destination and look forward to future visits! Many thanks to all the team!!
