Hotel liegt in einem schönen Lage. Nur Einer Hotel Personel hat alle Hotel Aufgaben gekümmert.er war nett . Wir haben 3 Nächte gebucht. Statt Unser gebuchtes Zimmer ,haben wir ein anderes Zimmer erste zwei Tage bekommen. Dort waren Klimaanlage defekt und sehr sehr heiß.durch das großes Fenster kann alle Straßen Fußgänger von draußen uns sehen.das großes Fenster war ohne Vorhang. Das Zimmer war nicht so schön, ordentlich und sauber.Unser gebuchtes Zimmer wurde für einen anderen Gast vermietet. Letzten Tag haben wir unseres gebuchtes Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer mit sea Blick war schön und Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Wir hatten sehr gutes Frühstück! Europäisches und Sri Lankisches.

Mycket trevligt läge och killen som jobbade där var trevlig och hjälpsam. Duschen var ingen höjdare. Det fanns inget duschutrymme så allt i badrummet blev dygnsurt.

Best stay in Bentota It was such a wonderful stay at this newly furnished and clean accomodation. I never experiences such good service from any hotel manager or staff ever before, I wish we had the chance to stay longer.

Good price- value proposition

Fled to another hotel Real bad hotel, we went to another hotel nearby in the middle of the night, since there seem to be bed bugs. The sheets had blood stains and you could see excretions. The bathroom had a lot of mold. No apologies at all from the staff, which was only one employee for the entire hotel.

Good value small new hotel on Bentota river This is a new hotel so I hesitated booking as I could not see many genuine reviews. I was pleased with my stay, It is very good value currently I only paid $35 per night including breakfast. The pool is small but pretty with a tree in the centre. The views are of the river and there is a lovely deck to sit on and watch the river activities. There is no restaurant or bar they only provide breakfast but there are lots of places a short ride or walk away. The breakfast is really nice with freshly cut fruit and freshly cooked eggs - plus toast butter and jam. The Manager is charming and keen to help. My room needed a bedside lamp but I am assured that is being added soon. Please note that the hotel is on the river not the beach but the beach is a short Tuktuk journey away.

Hotel almost on the river Our stay at the Grand Lotus was perfect, the manager is such a nice person. The service is excellent, can’t be better! I would love to come back and meet the people that work there. And to have the breakfast 2 meter from the river is also fantastic!!

This hotel is very new and therefore not reviewed in many places. I found it excellent for the price with a modern clean room and en-suite and pleasant deck by the small pool for sunbathing and watching river boats.

This property is fantastic and the staff super friendly and helpful. It was clean and very stylish, the location second to none. We would definitely come back!!(Unusually there was no hairdryer, shower gel or coat hangers available, or bedmaking. We didn't need them so it didn't matter to us!)
