Duja Didim - Ultra All Inclusive

Шикарный отель. Отдых удался на все 100%. Были семьей. Поселили в главный корпус. Условия просто отличные, убирали каждый день. В лобби есть кафешка, где малому можно было допоздна полакомиться сладостями. В отеле есть кофейня Старбакс - нигде до этого не встречал. Поэтому вопрос о вкусном кофе отпал - мы его не пили в ресторане, постоянно посещали данную кофейн. А Фраппучино - это просто супер. В рамках тура нам были доступны рестораны а-ля карте. Спасибо, воспользовались. Благодаря девушке Элиф на рецепшене - мы разобрались в нюансах, и она пошла нам навстречу, забронировав рестораны под удобные нам даты. Пляжей в отеле уйма, куда ни пошел, везде пляж, но мы посещали пляж в бухте вне отеля. Находится вне территории отеля, буквально за забором. Многие этот пляж ругают, мол там собаки и местных много во второй половине дня, но мы были с малым, а только там пологий песчаный вход и не глубоко. Тем более Эгейское море прохладнее Средиземного, а в данной бухте такого не ощущалось, лишь только рыбки, которые норовили укусить за пятку. Сыну понравилось, как подается мороженое.... а никак))) просто вывозят ларь с морожденым и оставляют в нужное время, в нужном месте, сколько хочешь и когда хочешь приходи и бери. Путешествовали много где, такого не видели. Обычно выдают, пока донесешь по тжаре - оно расстает, а тут лежит в холодильнике, приходи бери... Круто. Дужа - отель фантастический. Ну и многонациональный. Подпитых русских мало, или вообще нет, поэтому нет шума, все друг друга уважают и улыбаются. Не отдых, а сказка Минус один - далеко до Дидима, отель находится в маленьком поселке, с одним Мигрос-маркетом, сходить некуда

Beach behind the hotel, very close. Absolutely beautiful! Clear water. Nice rooms, very clean. Very nice staff. Quiet inside the room, brilliant view. Food not on my taste, not the best food so a minus for food. Though, helpful staff and polite. Really nice location and clean. Really good value for money. Fair. I didn't give 5 stars because of some gross and old food.

Had a great time at the Duja Didim. We arrived at the end of October as a family of 3 (2 adults and son aged 11). First impressions were great, welcoming receptionists, room as to be expected (didn't have a great view but not too bothered). Cleanliness throughout the hotel was okay just little things like asking for the mini fridge to be restocked was the only niggling issue. Restaurant had a very diverse range of foods even at the end of season. Some of the bars were low on stock of certain spirits and sometimes orange juice was in short supply. On day 2 we tried the waterpark, it was so much fun we all enjoyed it, tried the pool but the water was too cold. We spent most of our time on the beach as the sea was warmer and very shallow, great for snorkeling. There is a lot of stray cats around the hotel and sometimes they wander into the restaurant looking for food. All in all though I would definitely come back, enjoyed the whole week and the staff were helpful.

Absolutely awful place / dirty / noisy / cold food / ice cold pools / bland food / dirty rooms / un happy staff. My 10 y/o Daughter had an accident on the water slide when the attendant wasn't watching & she got stuck on the slide & he let someone else going who came crashing into her ! We reported this to reception but they just brushed it off without even an apology ! We had booked this mainly for the water park & she was left scared & didn't want to go back on after this ! We stayed in a 3 star hotel in May in Spain which was better than this place ! Was left very cold after arriving around 1am and having only a thin blanket to sleep under & had to beg for a duvet. Constantly running out of drinks & extremely poor entertainment. I will never return & would never recommend this hotel

I have even left glowing reviews every time. Yet, my recent stay at Duja Didim Hotel was a disaster from start to finish, leaving me with nothing but disappointment and a lasting impression of just how bad a Turkish holiday can go wrong. 1. **Appallingly Poor Service**: Staff were indifferent and treated basic requests as a nuisance, making for some of the worst hotel service ever encountered. 2. **Pathetic Drink Options**: Limited selection, served in cheap, flimsy plastic cups, reflecting a lack of professionalism or hospitality. 3. **Cold, Unappetizing Food**: Meals were consistently cold, tasteless, and uninviting, turning mealtime into an ordeal. 4. **Unusable, Freezing Pool**: The ice-cold pool was unusable, detracting from the beachside holiday experience. 5. **Inadequate and Lacking Basic Amenities**: Basic amenities like tea bags were hard to find, with facilities inadequate for the number of guests. 6. **Tiny, Cramped Rooms**: Rooms were claustrophobic, dated, and uncomfortable, failing to meet basic standards. 7. **Rude, Dismissive Lobby Staff**: Lobby staff were rude and dismissive, making every interaction unpleasant. 8. **Zero Entertainment for Guests**: No animation team or entertainment, leaving guests, especially families, stranded in boredom. 9. **Repetitive, Bland Food**: Same cold, tasteless dishes served every day, showing a lack of variety and effort. 10. **Non-Existent Beach and Pool Drink Service**: Getting a drink by the beach or poolside was a struggle, with poor service undermining relaxation. 11. **Subpar Room Cleanliness**: Cleanliness was appalling, with a bathroom sink clogged with remnants of someone else’s vomit. 12. **Essential Services Stopped Too Early**: Services like animation and snack bars were cut off before the season ended, feeling like a rip-off. 13. **Disgustingly Dirty Beach**: The beach was filthy, with old tissues, plastic bags, and other trash making it unsanitary and disappointing. 14. **Favoritism Toward Local Guests**: Local guests received preferential treatment at bars, causing unfair wait times for others. 15. **Infested Lobby Bar Area**: Outside lobby bar was infested with flies, making it unpleasant to sit outside. 16. **Unhelpful and Rude Support on the WhatsApp Service Line**: The WhatsApp support was as dismissive and rude as the reception staff, offering no help or simply ignoring complaints. 17. **Limited Dining and Bar Options**: Only one out of three a la carte restaurants, snack bars, and bars were open, failing to meet the advertised 'ultra all inclusive' offering. Worst hotel i’ve ever been to. Food is always cold, got food poisoning from undercooked chicken, staff are extremely rude and male staff are creepy with young girls. Running out of drinks and not replacing them, pool is freezing, bathroom in room never got cleaned, nothing got restocked for example soap, drinks in fridge. Would not recommend coming here.
