Venosa Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

My family of 9 all went at the beginning of July and we had a great time! The TUI Rep suggested a few really interesting things for us all to do and set them all up for us to do and arranged the pick ups and such and made the excursions really enjoyable. We all went on TUI boat trip (9 of us together (all ages)) and the staff were very friendly and the boat was clean and tidy and the sunbeds were very comfortable the music was a mixture of tunes and they had a party at mid day which the kids loved and the food was very tasty ( I just love Turkish food!) I have to say the TUI Rep was very friendly and professional and I must give her credit where credit is due when she helped us when our daughter was sick helping us with our insurance and also with the Egemed clinic as she made everything so easy and stress free as I was so worried. So thank you Bethan. You are a value to to TUI as well as to the Venosa. The Spa in the hotel is worth the money and the massage was beautiful and Turkish bath really made a difference to our holiday. Definitely get the Turkish bath at the beginning of your holiday because you really catch the Mediterranean sun in a different way! I’ve never been so brown! Another fantastic tip from the TUI Rep Bethan! Turkish and fish Al a carte in the hotel is the best. The food in general is delicious and there was always something for everyone! We had a Sea view room and it was so nice waking up in the morning and looking out to the sea and it just felt so refreshing! Also the cocktails in the lobby were great on the evening and the entertainment and the kids were always entertained! So all in all a 10/10 amazing holiday and we will be back again next year!

Hotel located in the middle of nowhere.Absolutely nowhere to walk outside hotel.Ugly beach with dirty loungers, unpleasant sea-stones and seaweed. The room was clean, nice big shower in the bathroom,free safe,a kettle in room, very good WiFi, sea view from every room. Whole hotel was clean and pleasant expect for the sofa that smell of urine located downstairs opposite the shops. Nice,large and clean restaurant , tasty food,veggies and salads always fresh,delicious olives.For me to little seafood and to much meat, but it's a matter of taste. Big minus-no other milk than cow's is available in restaurant and bars, so if you are allergic or vegan the only option is black coffee. Premium alcohols but staff can't make cocktails.I asked for non alcoholic pinacolada and received pineapple juice with cow's milk- it turned into cottage cheese.I also got vodka instead of rum for my mohito. Appart from that all staff (receptionists,cleaners, restaurant and bar staff, entertainers) very nice, helpful and friendly. Very loud pool music that we had to shout to each other. From late evenings to late nights we heard very loud music from " next door" hotel Duja as they have outdoor discos there every night. Definitely not a hotel for me, but all depends what are your expectations.

Venosa Didim otelinde 1-5 Temmuz 2025 konaklamam oldu. 5 gün boyunca asansör bozuktu, acil çıkış merdivenini kullandık. Havuzlar oldukça kirli, her girdiğimizde “umarım sıkıntı yaşamayız” diye girdik. Barlarda yeterli çalışan olmadığı için sürekli kuyruk oluşuyor. “Elektrikler kesildi” diyerek aquapark kapatıldı. Aquaparkta cankurtaranın ayağı sargılı, elinde telefon, hiçbir şeyle ilgilenmiyor. Snack barda bir kaç çeşit yiyecek var. Masalar sürekli pis. İşin aslını şu şekilde düşünmeye başladım. “ çalışanlar canla başla çalışıyor (can kurtaran hariç) ama yeterli sayıda değiller.” Odalar temiz. Yemekler güzeldi diyebilirim. Bizim olduğumuz zamanda rüzgar olduğu için deniz çok dalgalıydı. Otel rezervasyonunu Setur üzerinden yaptık. Setur temsilcisine gördüğüm olumsuzlukları iletmiştim konakladığımız zamanda. Bana “bu durumları otel yönetimine bildireceğim, sizinle irtibata geçerler” dedi. Ne arayan oldu, ne soran. Zaten benim gördüklerimi onlar görmüyorlar mı, dedim kendime. Ben burasını bir başkasına öneremem maalesef. İyi tatiller dilerim.

Temmuz başında ailecek tatil yaptık.Geçen sene de geldiğimiz ve memnun kaldığımız bir oteldi ,yemekleri ,personelin güler yüzü ,ilgi ve alakası .Ama özellikle kahvaltı yaptığımız restoranda görevli olan Sude Hanım’ın güler yüzü,müşteri memnuniyetini had safhada gözetmesi ,kuvvetli iletişimi gerçekten takdire şayan.Onu bu sene de orada görmek bizi çok mutlu etti.Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz ailece🥰💐
