Blue Sardine

A warm welcome and easy check in. Stunning room and super comfy bed. Room 207 overlooking the main road but we had the doors open all night and could hear the waves 🥰 perfect location and just yards from the beautiful front and about 10 mins up the wee streets to the church and some fab restaurants. Highly recommend - thanks for making our stay memorable 😊

We stayed for 2 nights in February 2025. It's spotless and the rooms are spacious and spotless with bare stone walls. Great shower and bathroom although the sliding door doesn't fully close and noise travels! Perfect location close to beach although some road noise. Cracking find

I booked this hotel in a bit of a panic since my original hotel had no water and I was forced to find somewhere else, I arrived and the manager Lourdes was extremely helpful and she showed me 3 rooms. (I had booked through *********** ) The rooms were very nice but it was only the bigger room which had a view see photo on the website that appealed to me as a single traveller. I realised however that I would not be able to manage the stairs and asked Lourdes if I could possibly cancel my booking which was only hours old and she told me that she could not do this that I would need to contact Booking .com which I tried to do without success. I am not staying at the hotel at present and although beautifully decorated it was not for me as the stairs would be a problem ( I am 75 with arthritis in the hips) Just upset that I have lost so much money !

Charmant hostal met een warme sfeer en stijlvol interieur. Centraal gelegen, dichtbij de boulevard en het gezellige, hoger gelegen dorpsplein met de prachtige kerk en haar blauwe koepels. Hoewel er geen lift aanwezig is, zijn de trappen gemakkelijk te gebruiken. De kamers zijn kraaknet en met zorg ingericht. Wij hadden een kamer met een ruim privéterras waar je heerlijk kon relaxen! Het bed was heel comfortabel en de ramen akoestisch waardoor je niets van het verkeer kon horen. Alles was op en top; een absolute aanrader!

Very well located just one street back from the promenade. Easy check in with friendly staff. Lovely room with surprisingly large bed with good quality linen. Lovely shower with fluffy towels and nice cosmetics. Despite us having the room on the front road, super duper glazing muffled the sound - unless you are a very light sleeper. Complimentary water and branded tote bag were lovely touches.

We came as three different families, staying in three different rooms and we all, had a great stay at Blue Sardine. Rooms spotless, beds so comfortable, making our stay a memorable one. Easy access to restaurants, the beach, shops and the old town. Making it a worthwhile destination.
