Viejas is a great place to visit due to the customer service that their guests receive. The staff is professional, helpful, friendly, and makes all of their guests feel like VIPs. In addition, the facilities are top notch with comfortable rooms and plenty of places to eat.

This was not our first visit, but a total let-down on several levels; 2 pot lights hanging down from the bathroom ceiling, and it took 2 trips by maintenance to correct. The room was nice and clean upon check-in, but there was not light service for the first 3 days! Meaning fresh towels and someone to simply make the bed. My wife DID NOT come on holidays to make her own bed and to conserve on bath towels or soap. In discussion they agreed in principle that if 5 couples checked in to the same room day after day, each would get full service prior to check in, so why do we get short-served at a supper high nightly stay price? Also, when the Valet said that we could not bring Alcohol into the casino, and we said this $150 dollar wine is going to our room, we were told could not take it in. Apparently there is fine print at the check-in counter. I called them out, stating just because we took it to our room does not mean we are going to open it. They searched our bag. I raised a stink. And walked away. Never going back.
