"Luin äskettäin arvion, jossa ihmiset valittavat tietyistä asioista hotellissa. Ainoa asia, jonka voin hyväksyä, on se, että pyyhkeet ovat hieman ohut ja peseytyneet (huoneissa, ei SPA pyyhkeet) ja että hotellin osia on hieman puhdistettu (pitkät ja tylsät käytävät). Mutta muutamat negatiiviset asiat ovat kaikki positiiviset. Vierailu on korkea ja niin on palvelu. Kaikki ovat ystävällisiä ja haluavat parhaat vieraille. Ruoka on johdonmukaisesti fantastista ja niin ovat viinejä. Se on vain kiitos monet kilometrit kävely vuorilla, päivittäin käyntiä kuntosalilla ja useita pöytätennis pelejä, että mitat osoittavat saman lähtö viikon myöhemmin. Ei ole mitään, mitä olisimme mieluummin istumassa aurinkoisella terassilla Alpbacherhofilla, jossa on fantastinen illallinen ja ihana pullo viiniä ja nauttia näkymistä vuorista!"

"While the evening service in the restaurant was excellent, the overall experience fell well short of expectations for a five-star hotel. Due to the open kitchen, the smell of food permeated the entire property — already noticeable at breakfast and even more so at lunchtime. The spa area was underwhelming and lacked the sophistication one would expect from a luxury property. From the outside, the hotel also fails to present the elegance typical of its rating. Particularly troubling were the poor standards of cleanliness in our room, including visible dirt left by previous guests, and the front desk staff, whose service was unfortunately chaotic and unprofessional. One positive note: the Wi-Fi connection was reliable and fast throughout the property. A stay here might suit less demanding guests, but for those expecting true five-star quality, this is not the right place."

"I stayed at the hotel together with 200 of my collegues on a conference that lasted four days. The hotel itsel is nice even though it is impossible to learn how to find your way to the room since there are several buildings built together. The service at the bar was really unorganised and there where seven people standing in the bar but only two that actually served bear and drinks, and only one person that you could pay to. The other ones could only receive the free drinking voucher that we received, but when you have used the voucher you had to pay, to that one person that had the cashier machine. The worst part was that the hotel lost my quite expensive blouses. I had a single room and forgot two of my blouses in the wardrobe, that was of course my own fault but when I called and asked if they had found them, it was impossible for them to find them in the room. How is that possible? I stayed on my own in the room and we left on a monday so I guess no one actually stayed in the room after me. The blowses where hanged neatly in the wardrobe, they were not hard to find. This was my second time in alpbach, actually my second conference and if I need to go there again I will just stay at home and not join. "

"Mikä erinomainen hotelli! Sijainti oli hyvä ja vieraanvaraisuus toinen ei. Ruoka oli hyvä ja hyvin esitetty ja huone (Bergidyll) tilava ja hyvin hiljattain koristeltu. Kylpyhuoneen läpi lentävät värit, Alpbachtal-kortti oli erittäin hyödyllinen bussin käyttö ja tutkiminen kentällä."
