Sun Siyam Iru Veli - 24 Hours Premium All-Inclusive

酒店本身房間之類的都很好。唯一的問題是這家酒店離馬累機場很遠。這導致第一天很晚（晚上6點）才能到島上。最後一天很早就離開（下午1點），最後一天吃中飯衹有10分鐘因為要提前去等水上飛機。另外水上飛機賊貴。

We traveled to celebrate our child’s birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. Our child was truly happy with everything. Hana, our host, was very kind and welcoming. We also deeply appreciate Chippe, the manager of Sunset Restaurant, for the surprise birthday celebration, and Aasika for the beautiful bed decoration. The swimming pool was excellent, and the lagoon and underwater environment were amazing—we even saw turtles and sharks, which our daughter loved. Housekeeping ensured our comfort by generously providing towels and water every morning and evening. It was a memorable stay, thanks to all their efforts.

After a lot of research we chose Sun Siyam Iru Veli for our first trip to the Maldives. The only word I can think of to describe our experience is WOW!!!! Everything about the resort was perfect. The staff were all so friendly and would do anything to make your vacation the best. When we arrived we were met by Rilwan, our ambassador for the week. He told us everything about the resort - the daily activities, entertainment and the variety of restaurants we could eat in each day. Rilwan was always available if we needed help or had any questions. We eat at each of the main restaurants and the food was always delicious. Grouper and Roma offered an "A La Carte" menu and waiter service. Aqua Orange was self service with food options themed from around the world. The whole resort is absolutely stunning and so clean. The beaches are always quiet and you really do feel like you are in paradise. We stayed in an oversea villa, which was spotless when we arrived, and kept that way by the very hard working cleaning staff. If you are considering a vacation at Sun Siyam Iru Veli, my advice would be do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed as this resort is absolutely stunning. We have already decided we will definitely return as soon as we possibly can.

Travelled here on 19th February 2025 from the UK. 10hr direct flight from Heathrow. Malé airport is small and not modern so don’t expect much however a new terminal is opening this year. The sea plane transfer for this hotel was our option, it’s not straightforward to find what to do or where to go at first especially after a long night flight so don’t be afraid to ask someone. Bags checked in and off to the SunSyam World lounge to refresh and get a drink and snack before the flight. Cramped and hot in these sea planes but what do you expect, it’s certainly an experience and the best way to see the beauty of the Maldives by air as you fly to the hotel. You land close up on a small pontoon and a boat then picks you up and takes you on a small trip to the pier off the beach where you are greeted with drums and music and smiling faces. You get assigned an ambassador who takes care of you for your stay and they then check you in on the app and tell you all about your package and what is where and all the usual stuff while you sip on a refreshing cocktail and wipe your head with a cooling towel. Your bags then get taken to your room and we waited about 1hr for our room to be ready. Our room was a sea villa on the sun rise side. As sunsets around 18.00hrs at this time of year it seemed pointless to have a sunset room as we were sat at one of the bars at this time enjoying a drink and the sunset at the same time. The coral and fish are also better for snorkelling on the sunrise side! A lovey room with a huge bed and bathroom which in parts did look a little tired but you soon overlooked that when you saw the views and the pool outside. Again the decking out the back does need replacing but it didn’t take from any of the experience. What a great spot though for snorkelling and seeing black tip sharks from your lower deck, we also saw a ray and an eel. They are very private and while you see your neighbours snorkelling they would have to be very rude people to disturb your privacy so you shouldn’t worry about that. These water villas in my opinion are not child friendly so I’m shocked to see children in them. You can go and collect your free snorkel and flippers from the dive centre so to enjoy the sea. You can also book excursions from here to go and swim with whale sharks and turtles. Restaurants are thin on the ground, main one is a buffet style and the quality of food is fantastic! Freshly cooked meats and fish as well as a pasta station and some of the best noodle flavours you’ll have. Equally at breakfast you can have your eggs anyway you want and a glass of sparkling wine. All the staff are wonderful in here and take real good care of you. Just make sure you like sand as the restaurant is on the beach. Thankfully they have an adults only section too! The other restaurant is a Mediterranean one called Roma and does the most amazing Italian dishes really flavoursome and again they look after you really well. Only negative I can say is you
