Had a nice and pleasant experience of stay in this hotel. The only disadvantage is booking in advance through makemytrip that we were allotted a corner room in the basement -1) despite prior booking 10 days in advance. But still the room was not that bad. The stay was comfortable.

We book 2 premium quality rooms, the window which was there to view the himalayan ranges, was not cleaned, it was very dirty, a lot of insects, flies were inside the room. Food was also very bad, not up to the mark as per room breakfast. Other room where my parents were staying, geyser was not working, toilet shower was leaking, full bathroom was full of water. Even after complaining, they didn't change the room, i want my refund for one room. Pl see the videos and pictures. Location is good, view is good, food is average, good housekeeping is not there, toilet leak was not paid attention and no action taken. Staff had no answer and not ready to refund the amount. We complained same day when checked in, still nothing.

Sun n snow inn by leisure hotels in kausani offers a delightful stay. The location amid-st the hills provides stunning views of the himalayas. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience. Rooms are cozy and well-maintained, and the food is delicious. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

Location is excellent, food is ok amenities and service is also good. The sunrise and the view of the mountain is splendid. October perhaps is a better time visit.

The food is not that good, the washrooms are dirty and there are no hand faucets in the toilets and there were insects all over the place

Our first visit to kausani but we found the best location, awesome view of the g8 himalaya, friendly and well behaved staff, pleasant room, cleanliness g8, food tasty and was according to our taste. Most important thing we want to share that our daughter who is very choosy enjoyed a lot and found the hotel extremely enjoyable place. In her words that’s her “holiday home”. It was her 4th birthday that we celebrated there, thanks to hotel for making our stay memorable, thank you.
