Perhaps the best in kausani.large clean rooms with all basic amenities,ever helping staff,perfect sunrise view from your balcony only with sips of coffee.when we visited we were the only occupants so even food was served to our choices which was very good they maintained garden very well. Really well spent money.

Mesmerizing View from the cottage with outer sitting place . Decent ambience with greenery . Courteous staff . Food was super delicious . Had a memorable & comfortable stay with them .Open gardens are available for sitting outside with familyetc . Parking is available

Always the best choice for every working professional who requires a short period stay in Kausani for working purpose. Good food , well designed rooms , with perfect view of mountains. Beautiful landscapes and sitting area , every possible things which is required for a pleasant stay .

As I already given the title of my review. Reched here at kausani after a travel of whole & we all were worried about the accomodation cause we didnt booked yet that time. Finally we found Sunita Himalayan. Perfect landscape to relax, ear relaxing sound of water fountains.

I am frequent traveller to bageshwar for sales working purpose, earlier I used to stay in another property but I stayed in SUNITA ELITE ALMORA so they recommend their another property in Kausani. Promt hospitality , yummy food , beautiful landscapes, all facilities are available. Thanks to entire team

Suggested to my friends family. Really a good decision.They came from Delhi & enjoyed at Sunita Himalayan paradise. Beautiful landscape . Kids zone for entertainment & beautiful view from the balcony .Thanks to entire team for the wonderful hospitality.

Location and view was good, also food quality was great. Whether was too hot now ac is required at hill station also.

There was too much paint smell. Rooms were closed to each other with common varanda. There was some bachelor group drinking and making noise. We had to call several times to allow us to sleep. Not sure if it is a family hotel. Or they should not give rooms next to such people.

Nice room. Panoramic views of himalayas from balcony and room. Hotel staff was very professional. We stayed at premium room but there is one flaw that the wash basin was broken.
