Absolutely spot on can't fault at all staff friendly room clean highly recommended

Good stay

Great location, just off the motorway, although not much in the area if you are looking to go out. Large room with welcome amenities eg Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Room very dark and quiet -made for a good night's sleep. Parking is extra cost.

Down for work , easy check in , clean nice rooms, love the coffee machine in the rooms . Gym is one of the best.

位置離市中心較遠，最好驅車前往，附近沒有別的飯店，吃東西買東西都不方便。酒店衹有兩層樓，沒有電梯，屬於度假型酒店

Stayed in Dec 2024 @King room, very impressed, spacious room and clean.  Booked and stayed again in Jan 2025 also @King room but the room was weary and not as good.

Nice swimming pool and gym room. Good and clean for the room.

Very tired rooms - shabby and sofa bed very small and uncomfortable - this was not made up in arrival either. Good swimming pool

I needed somewhere in north Bristol to get away to Wales easily and the location was very convenient for me. No lift, so dragging my suitcase upstairs was not great - and a lot of rooms but quite quiet for a place with so many rooms. Using the carpark is an additional 8 pounds. Bed was comfortable and room was a very good size. Finally a range of teas to drink, WITH milk provided. Shower in the bath, but has been modernised and is clean and feels nice.

明明訂的係家庭房，可以免費加床，訂的時候已表明一個孩子14歲，去到竟然被前台女職員話我哋沒有事先講，態度不太好，我哋要求加床，上到房竟然都係一張普通雙人床，根據無可能3個一齊瞓，再經過2次的要求，最後先肯加，我對個前台女職員服務態度表示不滿
