房間還算滿意

餐廳服務很不錯，但是房間打掃真的是沒住過這麼差的酒店了。 拿着毛巾照片給前台看的時候，前台居然一臉蒙的看着我，我説你這毛巾難道是我的嗎 我住了有一週 大概衹有3天給過一次性拖鞋，浴袍衹有第一天給過。 不推薦

房間比較新，乾淨，剛剛裝修好的，位置好找，周邊方便。前台服務好，英語交流順暢

Good location, comfortable room, nice breakfast

酒店今年開業的，設施都很新，房間內乾淨整潔，一切都很滿意，工作人員服務態度很好，酒店的餐廳也不貴

屋內面積比較侷促。早餐種類較少，住店旅客較多的時候菜品補充也不及時。但是服務態度很不錯，有問題可以給予快速的解答。

房間太小，還不如中國快捷酒店！

The last thing you would expect after a long and tiring day is a group of people drinking in the hotel public place (hotel lobby). Full of alcohol smell when you enter the hotel, makes you vomit. To make it worst, the hotel receptionist tells you “this is completely normal in Kazakhstan”. He even added “we intentionally allowed them to drink in the hotel lobby, because it would have been inconvenient if they drank in their hotel rooms”. Shocked!
