Very bad room and. Bed sheet and others think note wash. Wifi is working but very slow! night time no staff. Front office also closed night time. For any emergency what will do. So any buddy taking room before you go and check

Hotel bonanza is typical high side hotel in kerala with an attached local bar. While the room was clean and spacious, overall hotel premises experience fell short of the description and rating on makemytrip. The bathroom water quality was subpar, unusual for kerala hotels. Although polite, the staff lacked proper training and expertise for their roles. Overall, the experience was disappointing compared to expectations.

Well kept rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant served delicious food. Overall a very good hotel for stay with family.

We checked in on 16th late evening. Had planned for a house boat experience on 17th. The hotel was close to ambalapuzha temple ( not too close) and it was convenient for us. The hotel staff was good and the rooms were very neat and clean. Also we were lucky to have a very good restaurant bang opposite to this hotel - ave-es restaurant. A very good restaurant for sea food. Overall the stay at bonanza was quite satisfactory. We were a family of 5 people and so we booked two rooms

Property is good but they need to work a lot on services. No one can understand hindi either english and there in house restaurant service is defunct

I recently stayed at hotel bonanza and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area of [city, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The service at hotel bonanza was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

it was a nice and pleasant stay at hotel bonanza. the hotel staff were very cordial and travel arrangements were very nice only improvement required is the choice of food at hotel. the food at the restaurant do not have rice menu even in the afternoon. this is something disappointing as we are accompanied by 60 plus elders who prefers food at the afternoon. so explore the possibilities of making rice food in the menu.. rest is good. retain the momentum. good luck to hotel bonanza 👍
