Terrible quality of room. Very disturbing smelly room and mattress
also hotel owner is a very rare breed of indie **** An educated *** would not at this hotel, didn't even cared to provide drinking water

Property location is little far from triveni Sanagam, but staff was polite and helpful to guide the road and map.

Their excuse: In adversary we are giving u a place to stay, but we are also charging exorbitant rates for it. Bathroom was terrible, no towels, no soaps, faucets not working, basin drain is flowing across bath room, and This was a delux room. I have not even started on room and hotel condition. Only plus is restaurant food is amazing. Staff and owner have totally a wrong attitude to run a hotel.

The hotel should not be listed the dormitory it had dirty toilets no bathroom filthy place no fans no air conditioning and no proper stairs thought they had lift it was not working. I request you to immediately unlist this hotel. Henceforth i need to think twice before booking. Only one positive thing the mattress and bedspread were new.

Till date i have not found a hotel as bad as this. At the time of booking i did not get the room that was shown to me nor any facility, there was only a mattress on the bed, not even a sheet, and at the time of booking there was provision of ac, geyser, parking, but the hotel owner gave us a dirty room. They took rs 525 extra from us and gave us an ac room, and they do not accept pan card as id, nor virtual aadhar card.

Please don't, book this hotel, they don't provide the booked room and called for extra money. Whatever you pay it is just make half of that money and you need to pay extra surged money. Beware of this hotel and suggest others not to book
