bad rooms, ac not functional, bad service, foul smell in rooms, won't recommend anyone to stay there.

The deluxe room was too small for 3 adults and 1 child. 1st of all MMT should not take such request based on number of guests and should suggest proper room size.
There was no ventilation in the room, and too much expensive for its size and quality.
Positive was - Bedding was very clean.

The hotel is conveniently located near the kumbh mela, but the rooms are quite small, and the service is slow. Room service takes an excessive amount of time to fulfill orders. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, as it prioritizes revenue over guest satisfaction.

hotel staff is untrained, hotel is not good as expected, pics shown in your app is not looks same, rooms are very small in size, breakfast served is very poor and not hiegenic,

Hotel running with full occupancy but they have very less staff & result getting very bad service and room intercom is just for show case because they will not picked any call. If you are still booking this hotel, book without breakfast. Because 1) too costly & 2) they serve only poori bhaji.

Dirty and seepages in the room, no ventilation, feel breathless, smell in rooms and size is too small, never book for 3 person in 1 room. No service as they take price in advance as non refundable amount

soggy mattress, hygiene issue, wouldn't recommend to any, much better options at this price point.
