Nice and comfortable stay. It is one of the better hotels in prayagraj. The food quality is also good and gives a local feel.

I visited this hotel in november. I checked in at 3pm. My room was neat and clean with all possible hygiene. Ac, tv, electric cattle, tea bag, sugar bag, milk bag were served ***** with drinking water bottle. Food quality was one of the best i have experienced. Hotel is located in front of gpo on a wide road in civil lines area. It has ample parking space within premises. 24 hours hot water supply is ensured. Hotel staff is very polite and helping. I would stay there in my next visit to prayagraj again. Lucknow

Price charged was too high for the room. 50% of Room rent would have been fine. Food was good and Pricing was normal. i had booked Room only and checked Buffet breakfast at the restaurant that was ₹350/-

Quality of room and food is not good at all. Staff behavior is also not good rooms are also very dirty from inside, they are not as seen in the photos.

The stay is ok; but breakfast options are limited. Also, rooms are smaller as compared to what you pay for in tier 1 cities

The location is good, but very old property. Water bottles not provided, they give water in old used bottles. Bathroom mirror in damage condition. Some arrangements are required in the bathroom for senior citizens. Linen average. Value for money spent is not worth it. The room's main door lock was not in order, the sensor was not working. Overall poor feeling. Food is also average. Breakfast was also average.

Rooms were very small and had centipedes in the room. It was a very poor experience and would urge hotel to maintain basic hygiene levels.

It’s good for marriage and other occasions not for business travel stay pathetic service. Horrible rooms. Dirty towels and much more. Placid and other better options are available to have a good stay.
