1. Upon check-in, we found that one of the rooms was not cleaned. We had to wait for an hour to get that room ready, and no alternative room was offered in the meantime.
2. None of the rooms had towels. When we asked the reception for towels, they told us that we should have asked for them during check-in or else we would have to pay extra. We refused to pay extra, and they did not provide us with any towels.
3. The bathrooms in all the rooms were in terrible condition. They were not well-maintained, which made our stay uncomfortable.
Overall, the service and facilities at this hotel were very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

Basics of the room such as linens, towels and washroom were spotless. Front office was prompt on resolving any queries. 5 star from my end.

Awsome, but you're just charging money for water too, it felt awkward. If someone unknown comes to us, they ask for water and here i am your guest.

Worst experience of my life, I had travelled with my family to Mahakumbh 2025. For which I had booked this hotel for 4 nights but the rude behaviour and aggressive talking of the staff and general manager made us feel threatened we left one night early and went to lucknow. For and extra bed they charged us 5000/- rupees, which is ridiculous for the hotel. And they did not even provide us the bill for the same when asked for. The taps and geyser are not working and the staff is very rude when asked about the same, the room size are small, the photos shown on the website are misleading. The connectivity is poor, its far from the kumbh mela site. If anyone is planning for going to mahakumbh 2025, kindly think again. They made us feel so threatened we had to cut short our stay despite prebooking and pre payment. Look for better hotels near the kumbh area.

Hotel staff is terrible. 5 baar towel mangne ke baad bhi nhi mili. Baad me gussa hone ke baad arrange krwai. Tea and biryani order ki thandi tea lake de di briyani ke sath. Staff is very bad
