The Hotel is near by the Prayagraj Station and services also good but room is too small at the time of online booking room pictures is showing big room. Rest is good. Room, toilets cleaning are good. overall rating 8/10.

Im from south india, the food was excellent, used blankets were given. Cleanliness was a problem. That was the main issue

Unsafe and risky property. First they refused to give room and kept me waiting for one hour till 2:30 pm. There was no room and finally they denied. It was unsafe for the family. Reception person threatened us.

This was a pathetic hotel I have ever stayed in. though they have showed very good but reality is totally different.. there is smoking smell in the room, washrooms not at all cleaned and one has to carry their bags for two floors itself..

Reception service was really bad, I think unqualified agents on the reception, beaver was drinking intoxicated. I have with kids my family, They are not cooperating at all, room was bad smell & Lots of mosquitoes.

Hotel have charged 3 person but no additional bed. Overall room clean is not good.

At the time actual hotel room rent is and you have charged the double rate from me. No lift no heater in the room
