Due to maha Kumbh they hiked up the rate 6 times of normal rate, offering all the amenities, including A/c, restaurant, etc. We booked thinking that we will get all the required facilities, despite exorbitant rate. Highly disappointed to find the hotel below par. There was continuous disturbance of kids running around in corridors outside the room. On asking for explanations about their faults, instead of offering compensation, they told us to checkout at 9 pm and find another hotel . The most ridiculous thing to say. So called manager Mr. Himanshu, biggest thief I have ever seen. Tried to fool us with his sugar coated language. Please don’t ever think of staying there , that too at this price? Never!!!!

Ho scelto questo hotel per le recensioni ma sono stato molto deluso: ho chiesto una stanza non rumorosa e mi danno una sulla strada , entro in camera non c'è energia elettrica e nemmeno acqua calda, trasandata internet funziona a volte . Materasso troppo molle si affonda

Most unsatisfactory and dirty clothing and unexpected poor service, most concerned area safety, which is not their item missed from hotel, toiletry and sanitary system are not properly working or broken, no provision of tea bags or even ready tea in room are not available very uncomfortable stay even for a 1 day. Never suggest anyone for stay.
