Diplomat Hotel Alice Springs arvostelua

The room was dirty, there were stains and what looked like a cigarette burn on the carpet, the curtains were mismatched and dragging on the floor, bathroom had cobwebs in the corners, shower head clogged and clearly had been for a long time. Staff smoking outside my room while tidying up. Centrally located in Alice Springs which was helpful. Restaurant and cafe were nice. Unfortunately this was a generally unpleasant stay and I would be reluctant to stay again.

La struttura era in centro, quindi si raggiungeva tutto facilmente. L'unica pecca è che c'è un bar proprio sotto alle stanze affacciate sulla strada e la sera era molto rumoroso e si faceva fatica a dormire.

Convenient and good place for a few days in Alice springs ! Recommended

Diplomat Motel is well located in the middle of the town centre. Woolworth and Coles supermarkets are just nearby. Restaurants are nearby. The staff are helpful.

I requested an upstairs room facing the car park & pool. I live remote from Alice & am aware of issues locally. I wanted to view my car I. The parking area & up away from the noise. A young female receptionist who referred to me an older adult as love on arrival, proceeded to put me downstairs by the gate where I am aware of street antics. I went back & requested a move & was moved by a polite male. Upstairs facing my car park. It suits me to stay there as it’s locked at night & tradies stay there & sit out chatting late giving a decreased opportunity for visitors trying to get into your unit. I booked well ahead & clearly it was not too busy. I am NZ Indigenous & I felt this female receptionist was quite unprofessional. I suspect decided she could treat me differently to any non indigenous person & put me anywhere. Not liking it. Otherwise it was my choice as restaurants & food are good.
