Olé Backpackers Hostel

Thank you for offering such a nice place to stay in Alicante. Me and my friend, we appreciated the location of the hostel which is close to the beach (15min by walk) but also to old city and places with vibrant night life. In the pub, which is part of the hostel, you can grab some beer and meet other guests of Ole. The staff was really friendly and helpful also with advising us about what to see in the city and where to go for a day trip and they also prepared sangria evening for guests. In the room you can find a tiny metal locker for your belongings. You can also borrow a towel for extra money which is convenient if you're travelling only with small backpack and don't have much space. In bathroom there was basket with almost all necessary things such as shampoo, shower gel an body lotion but I would consider a renovation of bathrooms because they seemed a little old and also only 2 out of 3 showers were working at the time of our stay. Also there was privacy curtain missing at my bed which I think is important to have when you are sleeping in the room with 11 more people (in my case). In general, I would recommend the hostel to anyone who is planning to visit Alicante for few days - service and quality for this price is very suitable for backpackers. I would choose Hostel Ole another time for sure.

Best for crashing when u can't drive or walk home 👌It is what it is.. very strong fragrances in their cleaning products (that gave me a terrible headache), poor sound isolation and no ear plugs or eye covers offered for compensation. 🔊I hope this changes, come on you guys, they are like €0.1/pair in bulk and show that little extra love I know u got... because apparently people snore a lot !😅 Personally the room was too hot, but I'm also Scandinavian so.. bomaclat! 🚾Don't use the mensroom unless you have been to prison and definitely don't stay the night before an early flight, the mattresses and the time to fall asleep will trap you as soon as you're out! In general: A very cozy place with wonderful staff and lovely atmosphere that are in need of slight sleep comfort improvements(therefore even leaving a review, you are unique), a straight 4/5 💪 Keep up the good work 🍻 Cheers, Paul

Había una cucaracha en el baño y las cabinas de la ducha y los lavabos se atascaban con el agua. Mi locker no cerraba bien porque estaba suelto. Pero el sitio estaba bien comunicado y sirvió para el propósito de dormir a buen precio, por lo que no estoy del todo descontenta. El staff muy amable!

Bien situé. Chambre donnant sur la rue donc très bruyant. Une seule douche sur 4 dans la salle de bain des filles était fonctionnelle et aucune prise de courant n’était fonctionnelle dans cette même salle de bain.
