Se non fosse per la posizione comoda per girare a piedi tutta la città non salverei niente di questo posto…. Tutto molto spartano per non dire essenziale, luci fioche nel bagno dove non riesci neanche a truccarti e nelle altre stanze nemmeno l’ombra di uno specchio! Colazione inutile… meglio farla altrove….il colmo è stato farsi un idromassaggio nella grande vasca e vedere che dal soffitto è cominciato a piovere copiosamente tanto da farci uscire subito per la paura che ci crollasse il soffitto addosso ( oltretutto l’ acqua che scorreva era sicuramente proveniente dal bagno di qualcun’altro!,,,) staff impersonale….non avevano neanche una piantina del centro né’ erano in grado di darti alcun suggerimento su dove mangiare o cosa vedere! Per scusarsi dell’’inconveniente non da poco ci hanno mandato su tre asciugamani di cui uno era sporco di mascara….Allo stesso prezzo c’è sicuramente di meglio in questa graziosa città !

Muy recomendable. Volveremos Apartamento amplio y limpio en el centro, muy cerca de la Rambla Méndez Núñez. A 10 min de la explanada y del puerto de Alicante. Por la zona hay muchos bares y restaurantes. Una buena idea sería poner una TV en la habitación ya que hay una en el comedor, que tiene todo tipo de detalles para hacer un tentempié. Me parece que por parte de ********** deberían poner teléfono del cliente para informar por ej q la recepción está abierta hasta las 23 h. Por todo lo demás estupendo.👌

My reservation was 20-24 October 2024. On 19th October, I had a hospital emergency which made me unable to travel (from the U.K) I let Reina Victoria know the day before that I cannot travel anymore and asked for a refund. I'm aware that according to their T&Cs, I wasn't entitled to get a refund, but it was an emergency situation and they could have shown some empathy...Instead, they are nothing but greedy profit makers and I'm pretty sure that they sold my room straight away to someone else, doubling the money. Their customer service was rubbish from the beginning, replying no more than 2-3 words...Glad I haven't stayed there!

We stayed in the deluxe suite which we booked last minute as a couple. It was large enough for many more people! Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms including hot tub! Also living room with pull out sofa. Fridge stacked with drink options but do check the prices, not to bad! Downstairs the staff was all great, helpful and friendly with a nice little bar. Location was amazing and easy to find, 5 minutes walk to the bull ring where we went for the night. Beds also very comfy! Apartment spotless, very clean!

Firstly, in the bathroom we heard a noise. It was in fact the ceiling, from which water was flowing, probably from the neighbors upstairs who were using their shower. Following this, we reported it to reception because being next to an electrical zone it could be dangerous. This lady, seeming annoyed by our request, told us that she was going to contact someone and that we should come back later. So we came back later, and Madame just told us that someone would come by tomorrow. We had booked for one night and left the next morning so the solution was not a solution! We would have preferred to have another room given cause how dangerous it was. To this same lady, we warn her that the next morning, we will leave around 7 a.m. to catch our plane. We ask her if it's ok for the check out, she tells us yes, no worries. So we ask her if it is a 24-hour reception because we seemed to have seen on the site that check out was later. She confirms that reception is 24/7 and that someone will receive us the next morning. What was our surprise to see this morning at 7am that the reception was closed. So we left the room card on the counter.. In the room we try the Jacuzzi. We feel the water from the ceiling falling on us, and the water of the jacuzzi when we put water jet was disgusting. We can ask the people who clean our room cause when we removed the bath water, the dirty was everywhere in the bath. 180€/night!!!

We stayed at the sister hotel last week came here and booked a superior apartment with jacuzzi 2nd bedroom consisted if two camp beds so I decided to use the sofa bed I've been to doctors and being prescribed co codamal as the bedsette was even worse my holiday was ruined with pain so disappointing 2 cups and 2 wine glasses for a 6 person apartment I feel really let down as stayed in the sister this hotel was double the price .....WATCH OUT FOR THE MINI BAR WE WERE OVERCHARGED PAID 6 COKES THE MINI BAR HAD 4 IN VERY Room DE PLESAE KEEP YOUR WHITS ABOUT YOU BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL YOU WILLpay half the amount and get a decent bed seriously let down

El edifico está completamente reformado y los apartamentos son amplios, están bien decorados, luminosos y funcionales En nuestro caso cogimos uno de 4 personas y aparte de la cama de matrimonio había un sofá que se convertía en dos camas, pero es incómodo y no se duerme bien. No entiendo como no completan el apartamento con dos camas en esa habitación cuando ya tiene un salón independiente con otros sofá y tv No hemos descansado bien en esos sofá cama y es fácilmente mejorable por parte del establecimiento

Nos gusta mucho, cada vez que vamos a Alicante repetimos, ubicación perfecta, habitaciones muy amplias e instalaciones con un encanto especial, el dueño muy atento siempre, está a unos 700 metros de la playa y del puerto, a 150 metros la zona más comercial y todo lleno de Reataurantes.

Sitio excelente tanto por su ubicación como su comodidad. prestaciones increíbles! Volveré

Sorprendió la amplitud del apartamento y lo confortable que era. Por poner alguna pega la mampara de la ducha era escasa lo que daba lugar a que el suelo del baño se mojara con facilidad.

El apartameno muy limpio y bonito, lo único que faltaba es el desayuno, porque el precio era bastante elevado.

L'appartement est très bien La propreté bien Le seul problème c'est qu'il n'ont pas de parking j'ai dû prendre un parking privé qui m'a coûté 19€ pour 12h heureusement le parking est à moins d'une minute de l'hôtel

Très bien aménagé, confortable, bien situé à proximité de tous les commerces et des halles. Dommage il manque une glace en dehors de la salle de bain, pour se voir entièrement. Bonne adresse et personnel professionnel, même en arrivant tard le soir (minuit) Nous reviendrons

Este apartamento está impresionante, no le falta ningún detalle, techos altos con vigas de madera, decoración, limpieza, insonorización y un largo etc. Es un apartamento de 10, para repetir, la zona de Ocio y restaurantes esta a unos 7 minutos caminando !!
