"Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel fell far short of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the indifference and cold attitude of the staff were disappointing. The reception staff, in particular, seemed indifferent to guest satisfaction. Room cleaning was inadequate; towels were stained, the minibar was empty, and the bathroom drain was clogged. Despite mentioning these issues several times, no solution was offered. We did not feel comfortable or safe during our stay. Breakfast was also mediocre. The options were very limited, the presentation was careless, and we had doubts about the freshness of the products. We would have expected much better service from a hotel of this level and price range. Overall, it was an experience that overshadowed our holiday. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback into account and reviews the quality of service."
