The room was very small. The breakfast was bad compared to the room price. There is no exspresso coffee. There is no chicken or meat like international hotels. Half of the breakfast table is sweets. I do not recommend this hotel to any customer. Its price is high, it does not compare to the sea or a garden. Why is its price high? It is the center of the city of Babazouar

Hôtel très chique magnifique la décoration l'accueil la restauration suite a un déplacement j'ai décidé de visiter cette hôtel avec mon fils des tarifs très attractifs pendant le week-end jeudi vendredi samedi l'hôtel offre la demi pension avec la nuit a 18000 dinnars devise 70 euros par contre pas de piscine dommage mais sinon emplacement très convoité avenue animé

I booked with a Price and i payed more that i have been told . . The rooms way small and dirty And the noice outside in the street The WC smeles so bad Special thanks for the sécurity agent AT night Breakfast was empty and not variable ... ........... ..

Chambre très petite et sale , de la poussière partout, la douche c’est une catastrophe tout les matériaux sont vétuste, le seul point positif c’est l’accueil du personnel de la réception ainsi que du service de la restauration, petit déjeuner correct, Et bon emplacement. Ne mérite pas le prix de la nuitée trop cher pour un hôtel si médiocre.

Très moyen au niveau de la propreté, le jour de mon arrivée, je demande des serviettes supplémentaires à la réception et j’ai dû me battre le lendemain matin et attendre environ une heure pour en récupérer !!!! Aucune écoute du client , le réceptionniste m’explique qu’il rencontre des problèmes de personnels ce qui n’est en aucun cas le problème du client. Dommage car lors de mes séjours précédents cet hôtel était très bien et je n’y reviendrai plus.

THE BEST HOTEL I've the opportunity to sleep in, service( reception at the highest level, delicious food, spacious interios. CHAMPIONSHIP!!! I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. JOANNA FROM Poland, best reception, best rooms..alll im so so glad!!!

je souhaite reporter un incident qui vient juste de m'arriver avec un receptioniste au téléphone , un mal élevé qui m'a raccroché au nez ; j'ai appelé l'hotel hier et j'ai laissé mon numéro pour qu'un responsable commerciale me rapelle pour travailler ensemble dans le cadre de signer une convention et ce matin je recois un email pas détaillé ni signature ni numéro de téléphone alors je rapelle l'hotel et le type qui etait au téléphone m'a parlé d'une méchanceté et sou estime incroyable. J'avoue que je suis choquée et je ne trouve pas les mots pour décrire ma déception. un nouvel hotel qui au lieu de ramasser des clients ils vous rejétent???????????? JE SUIS CHOQUEE! ah mon DIEU!
