"Sometimes the universe shows you something unexpected and extraordinary. We had planned to go a more commercial winery when thanks to my poor Spanish our lovely taxi driver fortuitously brought us to Oliver Moragues hotel and vineyard. What good fortune! We were graciously accommodated without a reservation and enjoyed one of the best combos of a tasting (delicious wines!!!) and tour of an historic property. The experience was enhanced by the enthusiastic and knowledgeable guides Molly and Barbara. Clearly we were meant to be there! We loved it so much we’ve shipped home 24 bottles of their wines and drank two more at nearby local lunch place. We left hugging everyone. What more can I say!!!!"

"Miguel and Sonia have created truly special events with their gastronomic experiences, and we would love to return and stay in one of the finca's boutique hotel rooms on another visit. We experienced the Saturday Olive Oil night, which began with Miguel's passionate and educational tour of the olive oil production and ended with Jose's tremendously executed meal utilizing the production. From start to finish, the meal was exceptional and, even without the wonderful ambiance and olive oil tour, one of our best meals on the island."

"Been here two times in the past three weeks. Took two different groups, and both times it didn’t disappoint. Everyone had a great time tasting their very good wines and the food that is paired. Brenda did a fantastic job talking about the 500 year history of the vineyard and explaining the different wines they produce. The property overall is exceptional. Sitting in the courtyard under the trees is an awesome experience. This vineyard is a must when touring the different vineyards on Majorca."

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything from the start was done to make us feel very welcome. The place is decorated and built with a lot of tastes and it’s location is second to none as you’re nestled between beautiful mountains. The room is incredibly modern ( yet in a very old building and looks amazing) we took parting in the Olive oil visit and tasting menu by a great chef and it is amazing value for money and an Amazing experience. Here are a few things I think the hotel should improve on : - extraction needs to be working in the bathroom as the room can get very humid and stuffy quickly - I would also look into providing a small fan for the guests as even in the winter the room gets around 24 degrees at night and it gets stuffy and hot really quickly Will recommend this place and I hope to come back"
