Aifu Hotel El Montazah Alexandria

Very disappointing. Didn't ruin the holiday, but the photos are incredibly outdated.

Room no katle Room no mineral water Easy location and near to montaza castle

The parking was 10min walk Staff wasn't helpful Bathroom sink was clogged There was nothing in the room at all, not even drinking water. Even in the bathroom, there was nothing. But I asked them for soap, and they brought it when I requested it.

Front desk was exceptional. The food service was indeed very excellent. I was very satisfied

- Nice staff - Good Pool, clean not so deep good for all ages - Nice location with private parking - The options at breakfast were so limited - Not good value for money

BB one night phone booking, what was promised was not fulfilled at all. Very Poor experience including lobby, staff, elevator, parking, customer service & care. Management is not even keen for customer’s complaints about booking promised services, no attitude for attention.

Not clean
