酒店位置挺好的，臨海，房間一側能很清晰地看到海。房間比想象的乾淨，服務很熱情，都很帥很漂亮，早餐也不錯，強烈推薦。

這是個很有名的歷史酒店，有非常漂亮的頂樓海景餐廳。但除此之外就幾乎一無是處了。房間陳舊，電梯等設施經常不工作，服務混亂，連最基本打掃房間、酒吧點單等都混亂得一塌糊塗，效率極其低下。三分之二以上的服務人員不會或幾乎不會英語。由於在埃及混亂和低消是常態，埃及人自己都已見怪不怪，有時候我都快奔潰了，他們自己還在那裡嬉皮笑臉地調侃，要不就是一個勁道歉，這個氣氛真的會讓人抓狂。在這個酒店的體驗事實上也沒有比埃及其它地方更糟糕，這整個國家現在就這樣。但它怎麼著也是個四星酒店，我本期望他至少能稍微好一點的。

離亞歷山大城堡很近，出門就是海邊公路晚上很多人在那邊乘涼，旁邊不遠有一個當地的小商品市場很熱鬧，酒店後面那條街吃飯的餐廳很多。所有工作人員服務態度都很好，屋頂餐廳景色非常好，有很多當地人來吃飯。

房間很大，沒有牙刷牙膏。宮殿風，比較老的酒店，古老升降機式電梯能看到地中海，風景很好酒店插座是兩孔的沒有三孔無法用電腦酒店服務還不錯等待check in的時候會有檸檬汁小點心

酒店就只有態度好，其他一塌糊塗，水壺壞的，淋雨水臟的，床都沒有床墊，直接鋪了張床單，窗户是那種關不緊的木頭的，靠街，非常非常的吵，一晚上基本沒睡着！

這家店的交通位置很方便出門就是海邊背後就是商業街區幾百米就有肯德基啥的酒店設施比較老舊了電梯真就是古董操作還挺麻煩餐廳在頂樓風景好但是味道就一般般還有就是這家酒店的服務員是真不錯很有禮貌態度非常好不像赫爾格達的某些酒店
