Dog-Friendly large rural Estate just outside Alex Bay with hot tub and pool!

Awesome week. Everything about the property was perfect. Plenty of room and amenities. The hosts were responsive to any questions and delightful to visit with on arrival. My family hope to take advantage of their property in the future. Thank you Jill and Lisa

Beautiful house not all amenities Positives: There was ample space for our large crew. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool and outside hot tub, fire pit and basketball hoop. The breakfast nook is beautiful, large outdoor seating as well as grill and griddle. Plenty of extra linens and towels.The hosts were friendly and responsive. The negatives: The indoor hot tub was out of order and didn’t sound like they were planning to fix. I was really looking forward to soaking inside while my toddler slept. It was in the listing that there were bicycles and Kayaks to use, there were not. My son brought his kayak planning we could all go kayaking together, so we were very disappointed. There was a major ant infestation in one of the bedrooms but this seemed to be a new problem, they put down a couple traps, but will hopefully get an exterminator soon. The owners were responsive and seemed to be taking care of it. Overall a nice property close to many attractions, just not completely accurate in their listing. The owners insisted on meeting us there for check in for a walk through. So if you want a contactless check in without meeting anyone you might want to be aware of this. Personally I would’ve preferred a book with the list of rules instead.
