Blissful relaxation, a perfect escape to five star splendor. All staff are so lovely and cannot do enough for you. Our room was beautifully decorated and appointed. The champagne cruise is an absolute must as is a trip to the pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was fabulous, my vegi option was cooked to order while the meaty alternative was fresh to self serve at the hot buffet, sadly was not able to have champagne or a bloody Mary with breakfast (driving) but will be back and make sure not to miss then next time

The food was really poor and tasteless. waited over an hour before been served the food Lost my wallet with all my bank cards i phoned them and they said they would phone me back to let me know if it had been found 5 days later still no phone call very dissapointed wont be back

I have been coming here year after year with both colleagues and family / friends, staying in a semi-detached owner's lodge, which is within 3 mins walk to the main hotel. It's fantastic for families - we need a hit of luxury each year too! There is so much to do: water sports (paddle boarding, katakanu, speedboats), walking down to Lomond Shores for shopping and some entertainment, hiking up local hills, visiting distilleries, watching a film in the Cameron Cinema, accessing both the leisure centre and the spa using the in-house shuttle. Ahead of your stay, you can also prepare a Sainsbury's grocery order to arrive when you arrive. Recently the estate added a playground in front of the lodges 1-10 and it it perfect for children under the age of 10. The staff are immensely helpful and we love Afternoon Tea t.and evening whisky drinks here. Fun tip for children: ask Reception for a teddy bear passport ... collect all the stickers around Cameron House's estate and you will get the sweetest souvenir at the end of your stay. The onsite shop is really lovely and a great place to take away your favourite fragrances from Arran and ESPA. The loch's water is so clean and fresh - you can make incredible family memories here and see the same lovely faces year after year because your weeks are their weeks too. The estate is super secure, with gate codes that change each week.

My friend and I had afternoon tea today at Cameron house the sandwiches and cakes were beautiful however the service was extremely slow, realising this was not the fault of the staff but in fact the problem was not enough staff to cover the amount of guests. Our main server was lovely and there younger staff that could do with a little more training, we met an amazing team member called Tony who helped with hurrying along our tea which we had been waiting for for over an hour to go with our cakes, he actually made the afternoon a success with his amazing and fun personality, he has worked at Cameron for a number of years and is a credit to your staff and turned a what might have been bit a poor review into a fab one.

Cameron House was a huge disappointment. Biggest issues- 1) it's dirty. Restaurants were filthy. Food all over the floor. Dirty rags left on bars in front of guests. Seated at dirty tables. Totally off putting. 2) Food was universally awful. Tavern , Boathouse- same fried, greasy over sauced terrible menus. The Grill was marginally better. 3) Hoysekeeping. We could not get our room serviced tell 4-5 o'clock- even when I requested it. Told they were too busy getting ready for arrivals. We've stayed in hundresed of hotels and never had this. Also- the hallways were filled- daily- with dirty room service trays. They were left in the hall for 5 /6 hours- it stunk of food. No excuse. They left buzzers on the tray to call for pick up- they just never did. To us - these are all signs of bad management. A dirty hotel I'm in a pretty setting. We won't be returning.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location, all staff were friendly and professional, must make a special mention to Caroline, our breakfast host, her customer service was exceptional, so welcoming and friendly. The cinema was great too, my grandsons loved it, I would highly recommended this lovely hotel

Just finished another overnight experience at Cameron House. Once again a fantastic experience. The service from the front door concierge guys/girls is warm and welcoming. The room overlooking the Loch was superb and the mattress is the best I have ever slept in. We did several experiences including the Spa, Loch cruise and the Seaplane and the highlight was definitely the seaplane trip over the Loch and surrounding areas. Can highly recommend this even if you’re not staying at the hotel. We also did the whisky and Gin tasting in the Great Scots Bar, big shout out to George who did the Gin Tasting, very informative and funny, everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Our dinner we had as a private dining experience as there was 10 of us in the group. The service was excellent with 7 staff looking after us. Fantastic Beef Shin with a to die for ‘Jus’. But the highlight for me was the Sticky Toffee Pudding (also called Date pudding) I have eaten a lot of these in many restaurants and this by far was the best I have ever tasted. Breakfast is superb, and although the restaurant was extremely busy I have never seen Cameron House with so many staff. Yes a lot of them are young but they have to learn sometime. I ordered a simple ham and cheese omelette and I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve had. Some great chefs working at the hotel. Overall another great visit for us at a quite stunning location.
