This beautiful well kept smaller home guests love for its location and easy access. The home is located 5 blocks off Main Street of downtown Alexandria, Minnesota. The home has two bedrooms - one bedroom has a full size bed, and the second bedroom has two queen size beds. The two bedrooms have 43" flat screen televisions. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, blue tooth FM radio, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essential basic needs for cooking. The home receives excellent natural light from all directions, and the windows have blinds to provide privacy desired. Added features of the home include a clothes washer and drier, as well as High speed internet. There is room for trailers and extra off street parking available. Feel free to inquiry about anything. Very clean and comfy! Was a perfect place to stay close to everything. And the beds where iffy at first never slept on a memory foam type mattress but when woke up had no back ache and slept well. Little house had everything needed in it no complaints from us!!!

A super cute little house on a very quiet street. I couldn’t have asked for more. Completely remodeled and super clean. I will be back again the next time I’m in Alexandria.

This was the perfect little home for a weekend away with my daughter's young family of four. It was clean and organized, easy to get to, and had the basic amenities we needed. Our host, David, was wonderful to work with... very responsive to messages and questions. Check and and out was a breeze! I'd definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed this small home. Was just 6 blocks from main street for shopping and there is a nice park. Worked for our group. Cute, clean, nice bedroom setup. My only awareness comment is that there is not a full dining table, we ended up eating in the chair and 2 person sofa. Worked well for conversation and small crafts, but not ideal for playing board games. Host was awesome to work with.

For such a compact unit, the inside feels surprisingly spacious and open. Everything was spotless - almost like new, and it’s clear the owner puts great care into keeping the place in excellent condition. The in-bathroom washer and dryer were a welcome bonus, something you usually only find in larger homes. The location was also convenient, just 7–10 minutes from the boat ramps, which is perfect for anyone eager to get outdoors. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

Nice little place; reasonable price. We decided to try it because the hotels were gouging with twice the cost over the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised…very clean and much nicer than a hotel room. A fun cabin feel. The owner and host is very friendly and communicated well. Would definitely recommend.

The layout (beds, floorplan) and kitchen dishware were perfect for six people despite the small size of the home. Easy parking as well.
