"Our car broke down and our insurance company booked us a room at the Ibis in Alencon. The staff could not have been more helpful and understanding especially as we arrived at 1am. Our room was lovely and clean (but very warm). The breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. Would highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff. You made a horrible experience a lot more bearable."

"My beautiful young wife and I enjoyed a three night stay here recently. The Hotel is clean and tidy with comfortable rooms. The location is close to the centre and many shops, bars and restaurants (La Reservé on the same street is very good). WiFi is good, and free. There is on-street Payant parking outside and a reasonably priced underground car park across the road (under the Halle aux Toiles). The staff are helpful and friendly. "

"Ryhmä meistä 6 jäi Le Hussard kaksi yötä, käyttäen sitä perustan osallistua MotoGP Le Mans. Le Hussard on 2 tähteä, mutta sitä pitäisi pitää korkeana 2 tähteä. "Vaimoni on haastava. Tämän seurauksena me aina esitämme joitakin pyyntöjä huoneen varmistamiseksi, että asia ei pahene ja myös avustaa hotellia hätätilanteessa Viime vuonna olemme oleskeleneet noin 30 hotellia ja ei yksikään hotelli on tehnyt ponnisteluja vastaa kyseisiin pyyntöihin. Hotel des Ducs kuitenkin ylitti itsensä ja tarjosi juuri mitä pyysimme, ja se oli kokoontunut kun saapuimme . Kiitos tiimi. Hotelli on nyt täytyy pysähtyä Ranskan läpi. "
