Really nice place for the family, a lot of activity for all, pools at the bar so its easy to get something to drink or snacks while relaxing at the Sun. Great place, great service, especially from the tattooed guy Ricardo😁 Would recommend 4.8/5

We've stayed here as a club each year for a number of years. Every one is very friendly, our rooms are well looked after whilst we go cycling. Our cleaner this year was a star, thank you, Bouchar. It's nice to see that there is no great staff turn over year on year, same smiling friendly staff.

Nos alojamos en un estudio y estuvimos realmente bien. El complejo hotelero es grande pero muy extenso con varios apartamentos, para ir a la zona de comer andando estábamos muy cerca. Tiene zonas ajardinadas muy verdes y cuidadas. Nos encantó la tranquilidad, lo fácil que es llegar y aparcar ya que cuenta con mucho aparcamiento alrededor y lo cerca que tienes todo. Volveríamos a repetir.

We’ve just spend a week at this absolutely wonderful hotel, and we’re still buzzing from what has been one of the most positive and memorable holiday experiences we’ve ever had. The buffet was outstanding—fresh, varied, and delicious at every meal. A huge thank you to the talented and kind kitchen staff for their hard work and attention to detail. Every breakfast, lunch, and dinner felt like a treat. The service from the waitstaff was incredible — always friendly, always smiling, and consistently attentive. It really made every mealtime feel special. Our apartment was spotless throughout our stay, thanks to the amazing housekeeping team. A special thank you to Marga, who kept everything so clean and greeted us with a warm smile every single day. The bar staff were just as fantastic — offering the most cheerful, welcoming service imaginable. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely enjoys making guests feel at home. Reception is available 24/7 and the staff were always ready to help with anything we needed, offering support and guidance in the kindest way. There are brilliant activities for both kids and adults, and the entertainment team is simply amazing. They really know how to create a fun, festive atmosphere that brings people together — whether you're young or just young at heart. All in all, this hotel deserves the highest praise. If you're looking for a place to relax, have fun with your family, and enjoy a warm, welcoming vibe — look no further. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for a truly unforgettable holiday!

Had a great stay at the Seaclub. Among other things we enjoyed renting bikes and also the pools and the beach close by. It also had a gym which had all the amenities you need for a good workout. Super nice staff and especially our cleaner Marga :-)

Fantastic hotel srill here until next wenesday but service excellent staff work very hard from reception to ceaners.Bit of advice go all inclusive as cost of lunch was 52 euros but that included your drinks.I upgraded to all inclusive on the first day at a cost of 65 euro each per day but well worth it as its the only hotel my wife has ate the food.The food is excellent bit special mention to Ricardo in the pool bar this guy is superb service is second to none and always with a genuone smile he takes customer service to a different level.We are in room c102 right next to the pool bar which is brilliant room is spotless and reception staff couldnt be any more helpful will certainly back again.The last time i was in alcdia was about 15 years ago at the lagamonte hotel but this place blows them ritght out the water.
