Brilliant as always Great location & happy helpful staff . food wonderful , entertainment brilliant the guys r full of energy happy bouncy get all involved day and night time so even if you didn’t want to go out there was a show or music with lovely outside bar area. Been here 4 times and will be going again soon! Maybe the rooms could do with an update the side where the 2 bed appartments are especially. Others great place . Been to other hotels in same price range and not had the same experience as here.

The hotel was excellent, spanking clean ,the staff were excellent, food tremendous, we could not fault this hotel in any way ,room was very equipped, cleaner excellent, evening entertainment excellent and very friendly and couldn't believe they put food in our fridge because we were delayed and also opened breakfast room because we left early. A big well done to everyone that works in this hotel

Arrived at the apartments on a Saturday afternoon. Was given the keys to are one bedroom apartment which we were told was in the Annex, room number 36. I immediately had alarm bells ringing as had read the annex was not good. I booked the holiday last October 23 with TUI and did request a pool veiw, but was told there was nothing they could do about that. So off we went to are room in the annex, it was very dated but was clean so that was a plus. We were on the top floor and the room was roasting! We unpacked and went down to pool area which was obviously crowded with it being peak season. The pool was nice but unfortunately not a lot of room to swim with all the extra large inflatables that were allowed in the pool , even a huge watermelon that literally had to be rolled in by its owner! Once back up to our room to get ready for evening much to my dismay we realised aircon wasn’t working and it was fixed at 21 degrees so really wouldn’t make much difference if it did! So complain to reception, engineer came to look at it , agreed it was broken. It was hotter in our room than outside . That night was had a portable very noisy air con unit wheeled in that needed the vent to go through the balcony doors. Next day we did get to move rooms , into the main apartments, which was so much better. But having spent the first night in tears it would of been nice to of been offered some sort of compensation, but sadly not. It has definitely but me off coming here again , for fear of being in the Annex again! Location of apartments was good. Beach is lovely. Breakfast at apartments was good. And restaurants at the port again were superb.

Another great stay at this hotel. The second of the year. Looking forward to returning in October. From the reception to the bar staff, animations to the cleaners. Always smiling. Big shout out to Marcin, Gin, Franky and Dani. Thank you and see you again in October.

We had a lovely 14 night holiday here, it was great value for money,a few little issues from my pov but generally overall was what we expected. Location was perfect, central to bars restaurants and 10 mins walk to the beach. Alcudia is a busy resort but not overcrowded, unless you go to use public transport that is. the buses get very packed. Still was worth the squash to get to the old town and see the markets which were fantastic. Defo visit the hidropark as well this was a fantastic day out. I will list the few issues but they didn't massively impact our stay. 1. No air con in public areas of the hotel, it can get very hot and there is no respite from it during the day unless you go back to your room for the air con 2. Speaking of air con, we stayed in a studio and the air con was very temperamental. It did work but with no way to adjust the temp it was either boiling hot or freezing and no in between. 3. Pool areas are a bit dated could do with a spruce up and re tiling in areas. 4. Pool area gets very busy which was expected going at a peak time (summer holidays) regardless we always managed to squeeze some beds in somewhere. 5. MOSQUITOS - not specific to the hotel just the area Alcudia itself it is riddled with them everyone I encountered had been savaged by them. Apparently it's the time of year and proximity to all the canals. 6. Prices very expensive more than the UK for drinks and food out. Average meal cost for 3 people was 65 euros and that was only 1 course and 1 drink each. Also if you read a review about A giant watermelon inflateable - yeah that was us hahaha.

We booked this hotel as a package with jet2. We are a family of 5 adults and 2 children.. We had read the reviews before booking and found, some positive, some negative, but mostly positive. I think the most outstanding feature of this hotel is its friendly staff, from the moment we arrived We were greeted by the friendly receptionist, checked in and off to our room. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we required. We had a large balcony overlooking the pool. We had booked on a B&B basis and the breakfast was plentiful, hot with lots of choice. Again the staff were very welcoming in the restaurant and greeted us warmly every day. We were especially impressed by Maria who treated us like a personal friend and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, we paid extra for evening meals and were delighted with the quality, quantity and variety of food, there was always something different every evening. The cleaner came in 5 days out of the 7 we were there and she was happy to respond to all our requests ie. extra pillows, more toilet rolls etc.. this is a lovely hotel with a great pool, delicious food and wonderful staff which made our holiday a plesant and happy one.

We arrived at the hotel before checkin and got our room key early ! The room smelled amazing and was clean and tidy! You only get one pillow, I asked for a second, this was brought straight up to us. The downfall about the room is there is no full length mirror in the room and when you have two 33 year old females and a 7 year old girl mirrors are important. The bedding was changed once during our stay which is fine and towels every couple of days. Pool is lovely a really nice temperature but the sun-bed situation is a bit of a nightmare, they stack the sun-loungers on an evening but then you get your own out on a morning which is fine but then they are in no order so there will be sun-beds stacked with nowhere to place them. There isn’t much going on during the day at the hotel just one male and one female. Entertainment on a night is basic, it’s okay, but an example would be we wanted to do the quiz, it was at 10pm, we then found out this is a kids quiz, we thought at 10pm it would be adults. The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and well maintained. It’s a typical Spanish 3 star hotel. We had a pool view room on floor 1, great during the day, horrific on a night it’s so loud this goes on until after midnight , great if your into that life, not so great if your not. The hotel is close to the beach and all the shops there is a supermarket around the corner.

Super friendly staff except old receptionist lady .she was so rude every single time we went there.she was talking to us with rise voice and without any respect!and we always trying to be kind and polite.it’s time to retire if she can’t handle her job that’s no how you represent your hotel!!!!and how you should treat your guests

We have just returned from this wonderful hotel and stayed in room 406. This hotel was absolutely brilliant from the start to the finish! The hotel staff are friendly polite and can not do enough for you! The entertainment team I do not know how you do it to work from morning to evening and to always have so much energy hats off to you! The cleaning lady Virginia thank you every so much you did an amazing job our room was always spotless and smelt fresh this made such a difference and did not go unnoticed. As a busy working mother with 2 children to be able to go away and do very limited cleaning made all the difference so thank you! You were an absolute Gem The food was wonderful it was a smaller buffet to what we were used to in the bigger hotels but this was not a bad thing! As what we found is the quality of the food was so much tastier! BBQ nights were wonderful and a favourite of ours! We can't really comment much about the pool as we only stayed around it once but that stay was very pleasent it's just with a beach like Alcudias, who needs a pool when the beach is absolutely stunning! The location is brilliant 2 mins walk to the ***** of shops and bars. I did wish I had done more reading about alcudia before we went and I would have known that there is lots and lots of moskitoes. We got bitten quite a lot on our first night walking to the shops I got some green spray from a local shop which I think attracted them. I then read on the Internet that we needed spray the contained deet. I then bought a white bottle from the local pharmacy that lasted 12hours once applied and we all was never bit again. I will go well armed next time as it was quite expensive in the pharmacy and much cheaper to buy and take with you. We will defintely be back next year and bring the children's grandparents too! I've just tried to book your hotel again by on the beach but there's no availability for same time next year just yet. Little bit of postivie critisim would be I would like to see that the strawberry cake is taken out of the freezer slightly longer as some of the strawberries were frozen. But out of our whole 8 nights stay i can only moan about a frozen strawberry, that is excellent. We stayed in a 4* in tenerife last year and you blew the pants off it!
