Hotel is nice enough, beds comfortable and food in hotel is pretty good. However, if you value your sleep, I would not come here. You should hope that you do not have a room above the bar (107 and 108) as there is no soundproofing and the excessively loud music will keep you awake until midnight. It honestly feels like you are in the bar when laying in bed. It’s a shame that this has spoiled the whole holiday as we came here to relax

From the moment we walked through the doors, weary from traveling we were greeted by Suzana on reception with a big smile and big welcome. The apartments have just been refurbished and we had a one bed pool view, the place is immaculate. Very comfy beds and pillows. Our cleaning lady, Isa, was lovely and offered cleaning every day. Martin, entertainment staff, was such a lovely guy and catered to adults and children alike. Daniela in the bar really made our holiday so special, all the bar staff were so kind and friendly and every time we walked through the doors we were greeted with a big welcome, they were all very funny.. I would have no problem reccomending these apartments all of the staff we encountered were exceptional and always ready to help.. I would for sure give it a 5 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠 can't wait to go back and visit again.. thank you all for your generous and friendly hospitality we had a lovely holiday 😊

After reading the reviews I was excited to book this hotel. On arrival I was greeted by Chiara receptionist who was very helpful, explained everything about hotel and breakfast and dinner(half board). The room was very spacious with a big bed which was 2 singles joined. There was also a couch bed which we never used. Food Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Usual breakfast, eggs poached boiled scrambled or an omelette, sausages, bacon, hash brown, mushrooms. There was also cured meats and cheeses. Lovely bread. Fruits and yogurts. Dinner Dinner again was very plentiful. I always say less is more. It's better have a few dishes at Hugh quality than average dishes. Each night there is a themed night. BBQ was my favourite with the steaks and other meats. The waiters where always there for you and willing to help if needed. Maria was especially very kind and gave us tinfoil on our last morning to wrap a sandwich up for our daughter. Thank you Maria. The hotel is lacking entertainment, this could be that we are our of season and arrived 13th to 20th May. The swimming pool is lovely and refreshing fresh water pool. As a a father of a 2 year old I think that the beds near the childrens pool should only be used for adults that have kids. There was a number of grown adults beside the kids pool and when I noticed a father and his kids coming down there was no beds for his family. The hotel was cleaned to a high standard. The location is ideal for the beach and only a 40 mins walk to alcudia old town. All in all we had a great experience at this hotel and would 100% stay again. The staff really make this hotel!!! Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni per una vacanza all'insegna dello sport e del turismo. L'hotel è dotato di tutti i comfort, pulito e accogliente. Particolarmente gentile e disponibile il personale. Ottima la colazione servita in un locale spazioso e ben curato dove ogni mattina ci accoglieva il caloroso sorriso di Maria. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Anche la posizione è ottima. C'è tutto a portata di mano.

Esa fue la sensación que tuvimos al llegar a este precioso hotel totalmente remodelado. Cuando hicimos el check-in nos atendió María. Una mujer muy agradable que nos explicó todo de forma muy rápida y clara. Atendió nuestras peticiones de forma eficiente y con mucha rapidez. Una persona dedicada y comprometida con su trabajo. Un gusto tratar con ella. Al llegar a la habitación. (que estrenamos tras la reforma) Nos encontramos un apartamento super muy práctico, con una decoración que invitaba a la relajación, y que te hacía sentir como si estuvieras en tu casa! Mención especial a los colchones de la cama, comodísimos! Hicimos más vida fuera que dentro del hotel, pero quería destacar el precio del desayuno y la cena (buffet), 11€ y 20€ respectivamente, que a pesar de no comer allí, parecía tener una pinta tremenda. Me gustaría destacar la calidad humana de todo el equipo de trabajadores del hotel. Muy simpáticos y atentos a cualquier petición que tengas. También mencionar el trato que tuvieron tanto Daniela como José en el bar el primer día que llegamos. Me parecieron espectaculares! Un sitio ideal para poder desconectar unos días. Volveremos!

Hotel bastante comodo, limpio y personal muy atento. Buena situacion y facil aparcar en la zona. El unico pero que le pongo es el horario del buffet, que cierran el buffet a las 20.30h, para el turno de cena, lo cual en verano es muy pronto. La calidad de la comida bastante aceptable.
