Very welcoming and clean hotel, spacious pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Spa area is a nice touch! All staff were friendly and worked with a smile. The lifeguard was especially friendly with a lovely smile

Хороший отель в Алькудии, комфортная шаговая доступность до пляжа, при этом находится в тихом месте, проезжую часть не слышно совсем. Весьма щедрые и разнообразные завтраки. Но номера не очень большие, слышно соседей. В целом все очень достойно. При заселении угощают шампанским, пляжные полотенца можно взять в аренду под залог 10€ с человека

Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel JS Sol De Alcudia con mio marito e nostro figlio di 6 anni, dal 18 al 25 agosto.La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, a partire dalla posizione dell'hotel, che si trova a circa 600 metri a piedi dalla spiaggia; nei dintorni ci sono molti negozietti di souvenir, alimentari, ristoranti e sale giochi. L'hotel non dispone di parcheggio, ma noi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi nel trovarlo nelle stradine laterali. La struttura è molto nuova e pulita, così anche le piscine e la sala ristorante.Tutto lo staff sempre gentile e col sorriso. Siamo rimasti particolarmente contenti del fatto che al momento della prenotazione avevamo richiesto una camera silenziosa e ci hanno accontentati, infatti nonostante si trovasse al primo piano, affacciava su una stradina laterale e non direttamente sulla piscina; ad ogni modo, non abbiamo mai sentito schiamazzi vari provenire nemmeno dagli hotel vicini. Il cibo è sicuramente orientato verso una clientela tedesca e spagnola, tuttavia ogni sera c'era varietà e si poteva richiedere anche sul momento di cuocere carne o pesce. La colazione ancora più ampia rispetto alla cena, ma forse troppo ricca di cibi salati, mentre dolci poco e niente. Se proprio dovessi esprimere delle note negative, consiglierei di sostituire gli asciugacapelli, perché sono così deboli che potrebbe usarli solo una Barbie e magari di dedicare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia delle stanze.Per il resto ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani tutti i giorni e il penultimo giorno anche le lenzuola. Il JS Sol De Alcudia ci ha permesso di vivere una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del divertimento, senza pensieri o preoccupazioni. Torneremo senz'altro in futuro.

De kamer was super! En daar houdt de positieve ervaring ook mee op. Het buffet zowel in de ochtend als in de avond is ronduit slecht en eentonig. De smaakpapillen worden niet geactiveerd, je darmstelsel helaas wel. Uiteindelijk heb ik ervoor gekozen om smaakvolle yoghurt te kopen bij de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt en hebben mijn man en ik elke avond heerlijk gegeten in diverse restaurants van Alcudia. Op de dag van vertrek kan je gebruik maken van een extra badkamer bij de receptie. Dat is wel top. Een taxi naar de luchthaven boeken via het hot is af te raden. Via het hotel is het ruim €15 duurder dan via de taxi-app. Mallorca was verder super! Veel gezien en gedaan. Reizen met de locale bus waarmee je op hele mooie plaatsen van het eiland komt. Alcudia strand is verrebest het mooiste strand van Mallorca

Nous avons passé une belle semaine, hôtel propre, personnel souriant, serviable et professionnel. Un grand merci à Malena et Juan Miguel à l'accueil pour leurs conseils, leur disponibilités et leur gentillesse. Hôtel bien situé, 500m de la belle plage d'Alcudia, arrêt de bus à 400m, très bonne restauration. Prix de la demi bouteille d'eau au repas du soir un peu cher.

Ótima localização, pequeno almoço e jantar variados, talvez ao jantar variar mais as carnes, funcionários simpáticos, muito limpo, estadia agradável

Muy buena atención, especialmente Malena, Marcela, Diana, el equipo de cocina al completa. Personal de limpieza muy bien. La habitación limpia y bien. Agua muy bien. La experiencis muy buena, SPA incluido en el precio y piscina muy buena.

We had a fab stay at the JS Sol de Alcudia as a family of 4 (two teenagers) at the beginning of August. This is a small family friendly cosmopolitan hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Ideally located near other larger hotels, numerous supermarkets and shops. 5 minute walk form Alcudia's sandy beach and lake which is great. Around 25 minutes walk along the paved beach front to Puerto Alcudia. Hotel is nice and clean with rooms cleaned daily. Towels changed daily or as requested. We had a pool facing room which had the sun the majority of the day. Relaxed pool scene with no mad rush for sunbeds when we were there. Plenty of beds available throughout the day as guest came and went. All staff are courteous and friendly. Restaurant served a variety of food for breakfast and dinner which we enjoyed. Bar and pool bar served a variety of drinks and cocktails. Evening entertainment every night was great and on until around 11pm. We would definitely return to this hotel if visiting Alcudia in the future. Thank you JS for an amazing holiday!

Nos ENCANTÓ. Desde la llegada fué todo bueno. Las habitaciones luminosas, nuevas y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones muy agusto. Las instalaciones geniales, Spa, hamacas, barra en la propia piscina. La comida muy bien, no faltaba detalle. Y q decir del personal.... INCREÍBLE, siempre pendiente de que no t faltara nada. Por poner un "pero" el q no del agua (q supongo que sea por q del grifo no se pueda beber) y q al tener q pedirla embotellada sea tan cara.
